When I received my shutter it was not the one I ordered. The straight style did not come in a 14 1/2 x 25. A pop up stating such would have saved me the spending $12.45 plus 20% restocking on a $20.00 item. So I'm out $16.45 and no shutter. The service person was nice to deal with but NO confirmation on my order would have also saved me this pain in the butt. Not asking for my Email on my order is VERY UNUSAL in todays world! The shutter itself was nice but the way you handled my order was not

I ordered $600 or so in products from this web site i got the email information and they gave me one tracking number and one order number for the items that i ordered but they never specified that each item get different tracking numbers so i order 32 items and im thinking the tracking number that they sent is for my whole order but it was only for 4 items i live in another country so i have to drive 6 hours to come and get the stuff in a PO box place since im from a country close to the US border and when i get there there is only one small package with 4 items so i decided to call and i asked for the manager the huy that was on the line told me that he was the manager and when i asked about my package he explains to me that they ship from different parts of the us and that before you place your order they specify that and i CAN understand That. What i cant understand is why the sent you a tracking number with the whole order on it like is all in there and when i tried to explain the guy he set sorry that he cant do anything for me, and when i ask for my other tracking numbers he says that he doesn't know what happened with the order that i will have to wait until tomorrow so he can se what happen with the rest of the order that hasn't ship.

I ordered from this web site because i thought that they were professional.
After this im sure i wont be ordering any more from them since the costumer service manager told me that he can not do anything for me
