The product was great. However, it took over 3 weeks to recieve my order. Any information I could get was conflicting-shipped, no didn't ship yet, may have shipped. One of the crossheads was a whole different style-I dreaded working with the company to fix the error so I just kept it, even though it isn't what I ordered and is different than all the others.
It's a shame, because the product was terrific. I would only order if I didn't need it for a month or more.

I am having a new home built and my electrician put up the medallion, I found it very strange that the electrical inspector from the county made us pull it down, during his inspection because it was not UL approved.?
I just logged on to order a medallion and did not know you can pick your own color for a fee that made me very happy it worked out perfect
I found the moulding I needed to finish my project! Now I don't have to run all over creation hunting it down! Thanks

When I'm in the middle of the checkout process, the last thing I want is a pop up with an obnoxious noise asking me if I want to chat. If I want to chat I will call you or initiate the chat myself. If you want any repeat business you will stop this practice. And now while typing this your pop up appears again. ANNOYING!
