Very pleasant experience. Lots of choices great pricing. I was very pleased with the entire experience. The delivery time was accurate, product was just what I wanted and it was very easy to install.
It was easy to locate size and color and I like the shutters. They appear to be good quality and I am very happy. Price was right also. However shipping was left to be desired.

An item was broken. I was sent 4 replacements...of which 3 were broken - due to fed ex allowing the box to get crushed.

I love the shutters that I ordered. I hung them inside my kitchen along side 2 long narrow windows. They look great. I was going for a nautical effect, and these were perfect!

Of all the shutter websites I visited, this was the easiest to navigate and order from, by far. I actually gave up on some of the others. Good job!
Shutters look great on my house
I was very satisfied with my experience. The only glitch was the scheduling of the delivery. I received an email on 6/29 saying the order would be shipped 7/1. When the order did not come, I called and was told the original email was wrong and I would receive a call back with the shipping date. I did not receive a call.
Another email arrived on 7/11 saying the order had been shipped. The order arrived 7/11 in the afternoon.
We are very pleased with the shutters and the installation was very easy.
