Everything was outstanding. I was kept up to date on the status of my order. The sunburst and palisters look great! However I purchased two tubes of the adhesive and we didn't use them. I'd like to return them but i can't find my packing slip or papers that came with the order. But that's my own fault.
Took to long for delivery would not purchase anything because of that reason.
Shipping took more time that what we expected
My product was received damaged. I immediately let architectural depot know and they asked that I send pictures so that they can send out a replacement. I took pictures and in an email let them know that I did not want a replacement, but a full refund and that I would await information. My contact person is Jackie Andreeta. I emailed her this on July 18th. Heard nothing back. Emailed July 20th, heard nothing back. Called July 20th and left message. Emailed July 25th. I have still heard NOTHING in response. This customer service is extremely lacking and I am very frustrated.
Appreciate the quick call back from Garret (sp?). He was very helpful in preparing Quote Number 02-******* and guided me as to what extras I needed/didn't need.

It was the fastest order I have ever placed. Lots of size options!
However do high demand and equipment problems it did take longer than expected to receive, though no fault of anyone's. They were good about answering my question regarding the delay and even called me back with an explanation and new ship date! I love my shutters and would place another order if the need should ever arise.

Don't know anything about the product as I cancelled the order before it shipped, but it was shipped anyway!The company was going to charge a 20% restocking charge even tho I cancelled in plenty of time for the order to have not shipped. Cost me $122.00 to return their shipping error. Had I been given the correct ship date I would not have cancelled. Web site says ships in 5-7 business days, I was given a date that was 12 days out, when I called the day before it was due to ship, I was given a date that was ten days beyond that, so I cancelled that morning and they shipped that afternoon. So needless to say I will never use this company again nor will I refer anyone to the website!
