I attempted to order a tube of cement to install the medallion but it apparently got dropped from my order and I'm unable to find itr locally. Accordingly I have yet to install my purchase.

Quick and easy - lowest price and free shipping hard to beat! Cupola had minor damage (or assembly error) that was easily corrected. A corner joint had separated and the two staple fasteners were exposed.

You had what I needed in stock and at a reasonable price, shipping was slow

Material is less robust than I expected, also, one unit was not completely constructed, a panel was not properly bonded to the main assembly requiring me to finish the manufacturing process.

Just wish there was a button to "add" a new item if you decide you want to add additional item.
Plus i was out of town n friend accepted shipment n i called back after i opened b c i was missing metal screws n the colored covers. No one ever returned my call nor have i received screws/covers.

I ordered the shutter samples for $9.99 prior to this order. It was my understanding that money was supposed to be refunded as a credit when placing an order, but saw nothing about it when I placed my order. Please advise. Judy McMahon

Product was of excellent quality and homeowner loved it. Was not satisfied with the fact that you only have 72 hrs to check them out for damage hard to do when your to busy to even sit down and when you do finally get around to check them you find one with a mounting screw through the side and its to late to do anything about it. Besides that they are nice and I will be ordering from you again in the near future.
