Liked the shutters but one of the screws bent and could not use. Several of the plastic plugs broke. Disappointed that extra plastic plugs were not included. Ended up having to use two of the plastic screws because there were not enough plugs to hide the silver screws. Two of the plugs, while trying to get into the hole, flew off and ended up in the grass somewhere. Because the plugs were very similar to the color of grass, I could not find them. Extras would have been nice to have had.

I enjoyed using the design builder to visualize my project. The addition of a wide chair rail and preassembled trim frames was was one of the best things we have done to make our house a home! Semigloss paint made the drywall blend with the pieces and give the appearance of full wainscotting. Your products were excellent! On the chair rail, we trimmed each piece just a little to ensure that the joints would match. Installation was surprisingly easy!

Product was just as described, and the staff was very nice while I checked on the shipping. I did have one issue. I was told by your team that I would receive a call and receive a two hour window in which it would be delivered. I was just down the street when the truck showed up without a call, rang the bell and took off. I received an email of a conflict with the delivery, called the dispatch and they said they already were on way back to organize shipping. They said they'd deliver next morning by 1pm if I paid $120 more by 8am next morning or pay upon delivery. I paid at 8am. Then they didn't show. I called at 1pm, and they said dispatcher canceled at 2am because I hadn't paid COD by then. I pleaded with them to deliver so they sent a guy out and we had to unload, but we finally got it, $120 poorer and run a little ragged. Not what was promised or expected, but thought you should know what your delivery service did. Never called. They said they didn't have my number... only yours, which I presume they didn't call.
