The website was very easy to use. Had great low prices and had my hard to find size in paintable shutters.
It would be helpful if there were a worded description of the products along with a picture. I.e. Length and width of "S" tieback.

Product could have been shipped better. Louvers were slightly warped because screw packages were affixed to shudders. Was later able to. Straighten out but should be corrected for future shipments.
I really liked the variety and that I could order down to the quarter inch the size I needed. It looks wonderful on my new home. I only wish the boards were full boards, not a front and sides - it's a little flimsy for the price.
The website was easy to navigate and informative. I do not have home improvement experience and was able to figure out the type and size shutters I required. Items shipped fairly quickly and I recieved email notifications about the shipping progress. I am very satisfied.
