Great site Hard to find sizes!
The overall experience was great. When I ordered the wrong size, it was very easy to return the wrong one. Happy that there was no re-stocking fee but was not happy when it cost half the price to send them back. I would definitely check out their site again.

Everything was received timely and in good order
I selected three pairs of vinyl shutters, upon receipt I determine they looked cheap, so I contacted customer service. I wanted to return the vinyl shutters and purchase four pairs of composite shutters for three times the price. I was told that the vinyl shutters were custom made for me and were non-returnable. I find it hard to believe that standard size shutters measuring 14.5" X 60" and in white were specifically made for me. Nevertheless, architecturaldepot.com would rather create an unhappy customer and lose the profit on a more expensive item, then allow me to return vinyl shutters. Buyer's beware of companies like architecturaldepot.com.

In the past, I have ordered shutters from your company by telephone. I found the internet ordering just as easy if not easier. Plus, there is the option to communicate to someone for assistance. (The only issue I have is that I received an email last night, supposedly from pay pal, that there is unusual activity on my pay pal account. I only set it up for purposes of ordering from architectural depot. Is this a bogus email? Thanks!)

Even though I had a picture of the item I ordered from your website it took 3 times to find it and twice I wasked about shutters and other items.
