Fine...but not buying
We ordered 1 set of shutters to preview the product and it arrived in a timely manner. We were pleased with the look and quality, so just placed an order for the remainder of the windows on our home. The website is very easy to use and placing the order was very easy both times.
Unfortunately, when 4 shutters came damaged, it was very difficult to get through to customer service to remedy the situation. Eventually we did get a replacement order.
