Ordering was easy, good price, and everything shipped on time.

It took too long to receive order. I had to call and was told part of the order was not in warehouse - I should have been called, I should have not been the caller. The shutters were not good quality.

Very Easy
One box was open, missing screws and button caps for screw heads.
There was plenty of hardware,just wish there were more plastic washers and caps for the screws, but I made do with the plastic studs.
