I could not get the items I wanted and one the item was entered it awas a nightmare to change The delivery service stinks

Easy and a good variety to choose from, product was excellent quality and would shop with this company again

I kept falling between the outlyer and bracket. There were lots of choices, honestly, I was confused. My son had to straighten things out for me. Please make sure the grains are similar because these will be clear coated for protection and will be right at the front door. I want to make sure they look as close to the same as possible. Thanks in advance, we are excited to see them.

Hard to check out

This is the second time I've bought crown molding from Architecural Depot. I love the price and how it can transform a room from great to classy and elegant!

Although initially irritated at paying for expedited delivery and then learning we have to wait for weeks was frustrating. Every time I called the customer service was great however there were a few glitches in the site itself. It kept showing I had products in the cart and that I hadn't checked out yet, etc although I had. Other than that the staff was easy to work with and very responsive.

This is a great site. The product looks like the photos. The prices are good and they were delivered in a timely manner. I would reorder from them in the future if I had to.

I HAVEN'T OPENED ALL OF THE SHUTTERS YET. THE WEATHER HAS BEEN TOO COLD TO INSTALL THEM. HOWEVER, THEY SEEM TO BE STRONGER AND HEAVIER THAT THE ONES WE LOOKED AT FROM THE "BIG BOX STORES".

Got my order, loved the items. Going to order some more.
