My order was placed over the phone initially and an internal use adhesive was sold to me for an outdoor application but I was told it worked for either inside or outside -- then when I went to Home Depot to get another tube I saw that there was clearly one marked for outside use only and was rated for it's ability to work in extreme temperatures -- this was what should have been chosen and sent to me. I asked to be refunded weeks ago and the man who helped me has left the company and his manager reached out but it's been over a week now and still no reply to my refund request. UGH!
So far we are impressed with product options and their prices! Thank you!

We ordered 1 set as we weren't sure what we were going to get. We will be placing an order in the future for the remaining sets we need 10. I would love, like many retailers do now, to receive a coupon on future orders as that would be very nice.

I'm only ordering a fraction of what I need because your shipping costs are ridiculous compared to other sites. Approximately $100 to ship what I found on another site to ship for $12. (and cost of same materials was less also)
