Easy to locate what I was looking for.

This order came damaged, because of the shipper, but the box the shutters come in is not enough to keep them from getting damaged. You need a heavier box or braces inside the box

I need this Moulding to finish a project I'm working on, but I find that the shipping charges are outrageous.

The item arrived with damage that obviously occurred in production - it was not the result of shipping. There was no time to hassle with an exchange, so I had to make repairs myself. That was unexpected and speaks poorly of "quality control" for this site.

I'd try them again and allow time to get it right next time.

Shopping was simple...just ordered one pair to make sure this is what I need...will be back upon receipt of product.

The corner pieces didn't line up to the straight pieces. I would not buy hem again. I don't like how it looks, but I'm not taking it down again.

Love your products. The items I purchased went on a headboard for an antique gothic look. If you had a place to upload pictures I would because it came out beautiful and my 20 year old daughter was amazed. The items were easy to apply and easy to paint.
