The 2 1/2 inch hole was slightly off center and there was a gouge on the edgo of the hole that I had to repair.

I have received my order, After many hours and days calling and e-mailing and not getting the truthful answers from your company and lots of lies,
With a time loss and delays of the product.
And not being Happy with the quality of the product.
I have decided not to buy from your company again.

Shutters look great and my order was received super quick.

Besides the longer than expected shipping time, product was exactly as stated.

It was not easy to NOT have to view split, vs not-split, medallions. And sorting them by name (style), did not always keep the split - not split matching medallions together. Otherwise, I was very happy with your website.
