My. Order was taken and delivered. However, the product did not work out for my project. I was told I could return it but there would be a 20%restocking fee. Between the restocking fee and the cost to ship the product back I was going to lose money. The cost just for shipping was $33 or more as I tried Fed-x, UPS and USPS. I called customer service to ask for a return shipping label and was told they did not do that. Then today I get an email from Architectural Depot asking if I would like to complete my order of the product and the cost
Is $19.04. I paid $40.35.
I previously received an email from Architectural Depot asking for a review of my experience and gave them all this same information and have not received any response. No, I would never recommend this company.

Range of choices is great and prices are right. The only thing that confused me is that samples are shipped for free and actual items are delivered with standard rates.

We got exactly what we ordered. The product was large so it required special delivery. The delivery service was great and stayed in touch throughout. I am so gratedul!
Could have a better selection choices to narrow down product, web page product search too much of a hassle. I was trying to purchase some more of a product I have purchased before, but in a different size.
When looking a 1 shutter, it would be nice to see the full size ranges of a product.
