Easy and quick to find what I needed
I paid over $40.00 for a ceiling medallion that was supposed to be "slightly used" instead of purchasing a medallion that had not been used. What I received was MORE than "slightly damaged". It has deep scratches and places where the paint is missing, and rough around the edges. The medallion was non-returnable. I was very disappointed and wish I hadn't ordered it.
Very good experience and estimated delivery date was accurate. Product had very few, extremely minor defects. Good quality for the price.

Worst customer service ever. I bought 2 Faux stone samples. They look like a 2 year painted on plastic. I tried to return them... no one answers the phone, return calls. Do not return emails, and cannot get thru on chat. It is easy to see why because you cannot return the samples. They will just credit your account. No one in their right mind would put this piece of crap on their house. It is a rip off. A person buys the samples and Architectural Depot know full well no one is going to buy the product. And that is why they do not put them in stores. Do not buy from them... you will be stuck with product. I will trash Architectural Depot every chance I get.

You should reeeeeeeally consider putting a PDF on your site that shows true measurements of everything. 1) the CAD site you suggest is for PC only. It doesn't work for anyone with an Apple products. 2) the CAD file was missing from your page. 3) non professionals have no idea what CAD is.

My. Order was taken and delivered. However, the product did not work out for my project. I was told I could return it but there would be a 20%restocking fee. Between the restocking fee and the cost to ship the product back I was going to lose money. The cost just for shipping was $33 or more as I tried Fed-x, UPS and USPS. I called customer service to ask for a return shipping label and was told they did not do that. Then today I get an email from Architectural Depot asking if I would like to complete my order of the product and the cost
Is $19.04. I paid $40.35.
I previously received an email from Architectural Depot asking for a review of my experience and gave them all this same information and have not received any response. No, I would never recommend this company.
