First navigating near the "chat" button causes the chat pop-up, even though I didn't actually click on that. Also, I find the pricing misleading, as I was charged almost double for a "dimensional heavy item" fee of some sort. So, while expecting to pay about $150 plus shipping, I faced a much higher cost.
Lots of choices! I am pleased with shopping experience. Initially, I received only part of my order. I called and informed architectural depot of that. I got an immediate response and the remainder of order was shipped immediately! Excellent service!

After 5 weeks, I received a notice from you to confirm the reception or not... I had to call the salesman to tell him that I din't receive the medallion that I had order... I received it 3 days later.
Took too long to receive order. Not what i was expecting. Expensive for quality.
I adore your products. I wish you had an option to group together onlays, corbels, crown moulding and etc. that has similar designs. I don't always recall the names of a piece I liked, or if I find one I like I have to search out the rest. A 'collection' option would be a great time-saver! I'd like you to follow up this time because I've never ordered something with 'visual damage' before and I'm not sure how damaged it will be.
