I ordered the wrong size and was denied the opportunity to return. I selected from the drop down window which lead me to believe it was a standard size. Nothing was indicated on my order that my order was a special order. This was a very disappointing buying experience. I would have given a 0 but that option wasn't available. I wasn't able to reorder because we are on a fixed income. Any order made should indicate whether or not it's a special order. Please enjoy my $160.00 + dollars. I would be willing to accept a 15% restocking fee, because of the reason stated above. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions.

The exterior of the Fypon beams we ordered was fine. The interior dimensions need better quality control in order to be more consistent from one beam to another. But joints require a lot of adjustments.
