My overall experience was great!
One of the pieces had some damage on it. Very minor and I think paint will cover it up. At least I hope so since I want this project finished.

Shutters are warped and discolored. Will have to be painted after installation.
Love the site, didn't love the reminder emails while I was trying to decide and the website did not save my cart between my laptop, phone, and desktop, even after logging in and deleting cookies. A Customer service rep was very helpful though to find my cart and email all the items to me. Glad I found the site though because the pieces I bought will work well for my project and are a much more affordable option than the other sites I found.

I did not receive the size shutters I ordered. The width of the shutters is much more than I needed or wanted. I ordered WHITE because that is what I needed and wanted. I received BLACK!
