They are beautiful
The shutter tieback was beautiful, BUT the with of the screw was so big that I didn't want to make that big of a hole in my siding in case I would like to remove them some day. I bought a narrower screw at the same length, and am waiting for the construction man to come and tell me if that may be secure enough. If I can use the narrower screw I'll order the other 6 pair. Thanks. Andrea

The front door of my home sits off the street, beside the carport. The house numbers were difficult to see from the street. After many years, I discovered your company that had the perfect product for me. I purchased the green medal plate with gold numbers. Anchored it to the post on the carport. Perfect. No more missed packages from the delivery personnel.
It is hard to navigate items like the adhesive. I wanted 2 adhesives and a caulk or filler. I picked one adhesive and lost the page to select the other items. I think I now have what I need. Thanks! The pieces are about an inch shorter than was stated on the length which is creating a problem. I am using 96" long plywood to build a large picture frame to cover the entry to a ballroom and the moulding will be the decorative edging around the frame edge. It is supposed to be a little over 96" long but is 1/2" shorter. I will make it work. I will paint the mounding gold with a white mat inside the frame next to the 7' by 6' opening.

Site is thorough and easy with helpful ordering tips. Customer service nice and helpful. When opened shutters were very flimsy, but up look very nice. Don't know wear yet. Took several weeks to receive.

Need to find a company besides ups to deliver for your company especially when your customer watches what she ordered being thrown out of the truck
I paid for overnight shipping...MORE than the product total. I stressed the importance of receiving the order the NEXT DAY. You took my money and I did NOT receive the order the NEXT day, regardless of placing the order FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Furthermore, you would not refund the overnight shipping charge of over $30.00. I consider this theft and extremely deceitful. I was NOT TOLD that it would take 2 days to process. Very unhappy and dissasisfied, and doubtful you will make this right. Poor and unacceptable practices. Will not recommend you based on this incident. That's a shame, considering there is much business I could have happily sent your way. Hope it was worth $30.00 to lose thousands.
