Great online experience

Product is fine. Multiple Emails contained conflicting shipping and delivery dates. Never did get a tracking email as stated we would after shipment.

East website to navigate/The shutters were installed recently and look great. In fact we've ordered more for the rest of the house. The website is easy to navigate which we have used in the past to update our kitchen. A great company.

Great selection & wider widths than big box warehouse stores. Great warranty (25 yr). Wish color sample set was bigger than 1"x3" samples.

This is the third order I have placed with Architectural Depot for different items. All of the items came as promised and the descriptions were accurate. I can find things here that I can't find at the big box stores.
