Easy to use website...lots of options...great prices!
Easy to find what I wanted--easy to place order! Second time I have ordered the unpainted shutters and after several months the first shutters that we installed and their paint seem to be holding up well!
Many options for precision styling and choices
On the amended order there was no tracking number info provided, thus I was unable to determine the arrival day of the amended order which was put over my 6 ft fence by Fed Ex
Was disappointed in the failed communication between the company's departments on correcting my order with prompt expedition and also with Fed Ex which never bothered to leave a notice that it come with the new delivery. The product however was very securely wrapped and undamaged.

Only improvement would be to allow printing of designs created with your tool - the coffered ceiling tool is very helpful and I would have liked to use it against the cart items created and as a template for planning the ceiling install.
I had to contact customer service about a damaged shipment (carrier's fault) and I did not expect much when I was connected to an automated system; however, I was happily surprised when I received a follow up email (from a live person) within a couple of hours. After submitting a few photos of the damage I was told that replacements were being sent out immediately. I am very impressed with the response. As an aside, the polyurethane moulding is near indestructible (only two pieces out of fifty were damaged) - if I had purchased finger jointed moulding instead none of my order would have survived the carrier's mishandling.
Overall nice product at a decent price, one or two of the shutter had small defects on them but I don't think it is noticeable from the a distance. They do look very nice on the house. In fact I need 2 more

There were a lot of options, and the product was good, but shipping and communication/customer service wasn't the best. It took my package much longer than expected and after several times over the phone (which took a long time to reach someone), it still wasn't resolved. The shutters did end up showing up in time for my siders to install, but it was their last day on the job and I was painting them as they were packing up!
They have the size we want.
The drawings for the item I ordered were either distorted or lacked dimensions
Rough sawn cedar is a little too rough - very dull tooling used to mill the parts of the louver vents.
The panels are absolutely beautiful. Very pleased. If you had the option to create different sizes, I would order more.
Especially liked that the fasteners for my shutters were included in the price and shipped with the product at no additional cost.
The pieces we ordered were beautiful. Arrived promptly, in perfect condition. Can't ask for more.

Good overall experience.
We love the way the shutters look. So much so that we ordered another set may 30. We received them June 8 I think it was, but one was damaged. We were told another set would be shipped and have heard nothing since. Not too happy with this customer service.
