The new steak sandwich is tasteless, dry and has no flavor. I made my last trip to arbys. I hope this is helpful and saves someone money.

It looks SO GOOD on Arby's advertisement on TV… but it was terrible! Instead of the lovely thick slices of chicken breast they show on the ad they used some hard cold tough previously DEEP FRIED chunks of chicken that had a gross rubbery texture. I was looking for a (relatively) healthy chicken wrap and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Instead of presenting me with the wrap I ordered I got a substitution that was nothing like it's description!
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I am a big arby's fan when they are having a good day but they are very inconsistent and some days the service is bad and the food is gross and other days the service is really good and the food is amazing. Just depends on location and day.

I GO TO ARBYS FOR THE NEW FRIES AND NUGGETS THEY HAVE, THE FRIES WERE BURNED AND MEDIUM SIZE WAS NOT EVEN FILLED TO RIGHT SIZE, NUGGETS TASTED OLD. YOU CAN GIVE A BETTER QUALITY OF A NEW PRODUCT. STORE # 5310

I am here to change my Arby's review, no longer will I give into the cultist dictatorship that is back in, I will no longer be threatened by crappy Ghostbusters remakes, today I put my foot down, Gack inc. this is only the beginning my trial may not be done yet but I have much more planned, I'm going to say it, Arby's is the worst restaurant I've ever had the displeasure of tasting, the meat looks horrible and tastes horrible, great value roast beef tastes better. And not to mention the defining factor of any fast food restauraunt, the chicken! It's so dry and bland, I've never had a chicken sandwich more disappointing in my life the only thing you do right Arby's is mozzarella sticks but how do you $#*! up mozzarella sticks? Exactly, that's not a reward, it's deep fried cheese you can't make that bad, but chicken? Come on Arby's, you have the meats but who cares if the meats taste like dirty old socks.

I visit the Arby`s in Acworth GA. On Hey 41. But this is a general review. The Mac and Cheese is the best I've tested and I'm 54. I also love the change with the crinkle fries but I miss the Chicken salad sandwich. Great Job Arby`s!

Arby's Donnell Drive District Heights Maryland Day time management rude and un professional went there today around 3:20 pm placed a order at the the drive thru with one car in front of me while I'm waiting a man walks and stands at the side of the car in front of me when the car leaves he threw his hand up and up to the window thinking he was missing something next he pulls out a card to make a purchase I blew the horn and ask what was he doing he started telling saying he had already been in line there where no cars behind me if he wanted to purchase something else he should have been asked to get in line I left and called back and spoke with the manager she was like oh well bad business Arby's I frequent this restaurant often no longer manger needs additional customer service training hope she is not the ownwr

Got food and a receipt finished are food and we got home so I was bored and I looked at the receipt and I flipped the receipt it said Popeyes lol

Based on the current TV ad for your company, I drove a long distance to taste this rare, prime rib sub and was totally disappointed, angry and very dismayed. For one thing, the actual sub looked absolutely NOTHING like the ad and in fact tasted like the mildew, creamy white sauce that it was. So not only did I waste my time and money that it cost me, but also the delightful feeling that I had to think I was going to get a great rare prime rib sub sandwich. What a disappointment and what a crime against the advertising industry. This type of false advertising should be banned and illegal and if you folks fall for it, you are the only ones to blame, for as I can see, many others also did the same thing.
