My husband and I have always loved Arbys breakfast croissant's but the last two times we have eaten at the location in Paintsville Ky. It was terrible. The croissant was cold, the egg was a round fake microwaved egg and the sausage and bacon was microwave. The coke product was flat and when I told someone she walked away and left me standing with no explanation of what was being done. I stood and waited for probably 10 minutes til she said it should be fixed now well let me tell you it was not fixed. I let it run a little and tried it and still flat. At this point I just left every sitting and left. Arbys will no longer get our money for breakfast there are several choices and others have do better. I looked at my husband and said McDonald's beats this any day and he agreed..

Arby's oh Arby's

We went to the Arby's location on s. 40th and Normal Blvd in Lincoln, NE. This evening. We were gonna go inside. Upon entering the restaurant we did not receive a greeting at all but instead a retort by the manager that said, It's gonna be just as long of a damn wait even if you come in. Bothered, but still patient enough to wait to order, this manager then said to a coworker great now that drive through is {Insert "f" word} busy, they're all going to come inside. She walked over and said what can i get you. At this point, I want to explode. I merely said, I was perfectly fine waiting, but your actions are disgusting and inappropriate and left. I used to work for Arby's and it was a really good place to work and eat. This right here though shows you that customer service is swirling down the drain. If you don't want to work then go be jobless somewhere. Or find something that better suits you. But for this company's sake, learn some etiquette and treat the patrons right. We do provide your paycheck...

New menu

Don't like the changes. At all. Sauce is TOO sweet. Getting rid of the potato cakes and substituting crinkle fries? Also no, they are not crispy, they are soggy and NOT good. Very disappointed. Used to like Arby's. Now

Arbys sucks, and not in the pleasant way, in a $#*!ty ways. Holy $#*! it sucks it's like that moment when your about to finish and then your partner blue balls the $#*! out of you. You are getting blue balls when you eat there meat, which there is no meat, haven't you heard the new $#*!ing slogan called arbys we have the meat that no one $#*!ing eats. Honestly if you made that your slogan maybe you would get 1 customer a day than one week. Actually a week is to nice you get 1 customer a year. Honestly please $#*! off and get the $#*! off the stage your act sucks just like your food. I would say your curly fries are good but I'm not gonna say that because that's how much you suck.

Horrible manager present

Cobleskill New York Arby's Went outside to eat in my car because the shift manager Chris has a horrible mouth. Every other word out of her mouth interacting with another employee was an F-bomb. He was just as bad making statements about not wearing a mask and not caring if he spit in other people's food. The phone number for complaints was also a joke was on hold for 22 minutes and still never got to talk to anyone

63 YEAR OLD ARBY'S REVIW

I have been eating Arby's for 63 years on a regular basis. Even ate arby's every day for about three years while Living in Atlanta. But I've locked in on a favorite arby's while living in Montgomery al. Located on the Atlanta Highway in Montgomery Alabama.
The one located 5759 Atlanta Highway Mongomery AL.
JERED is the one that waited on me. I ordered ID AAAOGKLEACAR Date 1/23/22. Tine 6:59pm
I have been in tis location at other times and all the employees are super nice.
The product is Exceptionally good. I was complaining about the parking lot was too small and JERAD made be very happy by his personality. The corporate office should praise the manager at this location for doing such a super job trying the employees. THANKS ARBY'S

The Wagon

Me and my mom were driving down to Arby's on a Sunday, cause we couldn't go to Chick-fil-A so this is the next best thing. We went through the drive through and ordered 16 beef and cheddar sandwiches. We got our food, but we got 16 instead of 15 beef and cheddar sandwiches, which is infuriating.We left the drive through and stopped in the parking lot. EVERY PARKING SPOT HAD WAGON IN IT! So we took our 16 beef and cheddar sandwiches and threw them at the small children in one of the wagons. They started crying and that INFURIATED me. So, we called up one of the employees and she did NOTHING. This is terrible customer service! Never coming here again!

Bad food, bad attitude, even bad equipment.
No milkshakes cause machine it is broken
Bad soda cause machine it is broken
A d i guess bad service cuz people are broken.
For sure not going back to that place again

NEVER saw it coming

Today was my brother's birthday, and we decided to go to Arby's to celebrate. However, we NEVER saw it coming. We got our food to-go and ate in the parking lot. My brother had ordered a roast beef sandwich, and when he bit into it, oh boy, the grim look of horror on his face said it ALL. We carefully inspected the sandwich, and inside, we found honey mustard. Now, it may not sound like a big deal, but my brother has anger issues, and I don't know why, but when he sees honey mustard, he FLIPS OUT. He got so mad that we had to dump the sandwich on the side of the road. Now whenever I drive past our local Arby's, he has an entire temper tantrum. So I guess you could say that you ruined my brother's birthday, well done, Arby's.

Cant get order correct

On Dec 22,2021 order a double beef and cheddar. Receive a single roast beef wrapped in a beef and cheddar wrapper. Every time a do an order there they cannot get it right.

Disappointed

We stopped at Abby's in Lady Lake, FL last night. Asked for onion rings …they were out of them. Wanted to try the milkshake…. Machine broke. Ordered 2 double sandwich and a third double with cheddar cheese. Didn't get the cheese on it. Ordered cheese sticks…. They were cold and greasy. I go to Arbys quite often and I was very disappointed in that store. Will not go there again.

Poor managment

I ordered by window two Arby's sandwich with cheese. They botched my order. I drove 30 miles to get the sandwiches. The manager rudely hung up on me, did not remember the order. He only wanted to complain he'd been working 10 hours!
The sandwiches were flat where someone did not know how to stack the meat without the cheese and then hit the sandwich with his fist to smash the sandwich. It's not the first time! The manager needs to be fired! The workers are not trained, the food is terrible, the manager is rude! This Arby's is near the Houston Collisium on 610! I've been an Arby's customer since it's opening. They have gone down hill!

Can't trust safe food

As I stood looking at the menu board I hear one of the workers from the kitchen area say loudly in an angry voice. "Order it all, you white people have all the money." So just what is it that this angry person is going to do to our food? Not to mine. Never going to that place again.

Service is just a term

Ate at #5387 in McKinney Tx. At the window, ask for ketchup. Not offered any sauces and of course ketchup was not in bag after driving off. Meat was cold on the large roast beef sandwich. Poor quality and service.

Danbury, CT store visit
October 18, 2021

Visited the Danbury, CT location on Federal Street. Upon entering, the male cashier had his mask under his chin exposing his face. I asked if masks were optional so I could remove mine. He took my question wrong and began attacking me verbally saying he was "breathing". I tried to tell him he misunderstood but he yelled over me. I told him I was done with him and asked for the Mgr. Bambi, Manager, yelled from the back she was busy. I started calling the 800 number for Arbys Corporate and Bambi finally came to the counter. I tried explaining to her the conduct of her cashier but she too spoke over me saying "he's from another store, he's not my problem". I said he's representing your store. She then turned her back on us and I said I'll never come back. Bambi yelled "Good!" This is obvious the culture of Arby's as they feel they do enough business that good treatment is not on the menu. Reminds me of an expression used growing up: You can take people out of the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of the people.

Disappointed
October 13, 2021

Went to arby's yesterday in niagara falls. It used to be my favorite take out. The fries were over cooked and not curly after the first 3. The sandwich was luke warm. We don't have an arb's in toronto anymore, so i was really looking forward to this, i even ordered a sandwich to take home. I was so disappointed- won't go again.
