Set in line 15 minutes in the poring down rain waiting for someone to come back to the speaker to take out order kept saying help anybody there and got on minute please rain sti poring down be with you soon with some idiot behind me honking his f cking horn like I could do something about the wait total of about 25 minutes to and thru drive thru now that's fast drive Thru service just like fast food service should be NOT screw arby's

I watched "Jeremy Lewis assistant manager" (according to his uniform) pour my classic lemonade from a previous Arby's cup that was sitting on top of the machine with a straw already in it.

My sandwich had all the condiments my stomach can't handle (I wasn't asked how I want my sandwich)...! I ended up throwing out the whole bag I paid for!

That guy was rude and unprofessional for no apparent reason.
"I won't go back... " Like the gospel song says!

Steakhouse burger

The burger was bigger and was tasty but advertised at 5.99 and i was charged 6.99 for the regular and 7.99 for deluxe ranch... burger ok but not as good of a deal as advertised... rockford il state and phelps location... i will not go back...

Horrible!

So sad that a place the prided itself on fresh roast beef sandwiches where you walked in and saw the beautiful rare roast beef sitting under the hot lamp just ready to be thinly sliced for my sandwich. Now it's a plastic meat factory with taste that is barely salvaged by the Arby's sauce. We also had a chicken sandwich with 2 little chicken strips with min lettuce and tomato. Threw away the chicken sandwich, ate half the beef. Never again.

They didn't put the bronco berry sauce in the bag for the poppers that I waited for to be cooked I only got them for my husband and he loves that sauce and the gyro I ordered was good but not enough sauce on it and yet put onions on it which I hate but I was able to pick them off but other then that the food was good.

On several occasions I've gone at 7-730 pm and they are out of meat not once but on several occasions. On more then one occasion if you catch them at 8-830 they have closed 2.5 hours early but yet the staff is just hanging out in the lobby not doing anything while the website and the info on the door says 1030 pm close. Not sure who runs this but this store is run terribly. Lees Summit Mo

Asking for a cup of water

I was in the opelika store was going a whole other place and my sis said she just ordered and I decided have not had them in awhile so arby's here I come just ordered a fish sandwich cause I already some water but got to window and asked for a cup didn't realized not enough to wash down my sandwich to get a reply make sure you tell us back there I said excuse me is there a problem her reply yes because we only have one person I said oh wow my face was in dismay mind you I see least 4 people and she was standing in front of the drink machine and it was not even busy so to say that ok so hands me my change no receipt I go park and had to go inside ask the other clerk had to dig in the trash it was bald up so what is going on what happened to good customer service and a nice cup of water I never said I wouldn't pay for the cup of ice water but it will be a long time till I visit again signed not to much to ask and clerk be very careful #7491 I guess it was too much work young lady to ask for a cup of water

These are the worst I have ever had. They are soaked in a sauce that has a weird color. The picture that they displayed is nothing compared to what you get. I took one bite and about threw up. It was a waste of $6.00

All they have is chicken, turkey, roast beef. NO ham really? It's suppose to be a sandwich place & yet ham is #1 seller for any sandwich esp in the south. Wish they w replace arbys with another chain like Corkys, or Buddys. Even a subway is better than them now. At least they offer real southern sandwich. Everyone I no stop going to our arbys now in our town. Hope they close. Had did be a guy that it's rice cakes behind a desk to pull ham from the menu at a sandwich place.

Rude service

Plantation location on university and sunrise in fla has rude and untrained people on staff. In my casevit was a moron named Darvin. He talks so that you cannot understand him and tells you to read the menu instad of bothering him with questions. In my case 84 YO Senior and i cannot find nor see items and prices on those convulated boards. So I asked price of the corned beef reubin meal. Darvin wouldnt tell me. So this POS is a poor excuse as a representative of Arby. You lost me as a customer and anyone else I can persuade to boycott.

As soon as I walked in I was in disbelief as I saw a confederate flag and racial slurs being said I wanted to have a jalapeño bacon chicken wrap and the employee told me to $#*! off and now i will never ever e come to this location agin.

3 weeks ago I wrote a review on the Arbys at 3055 S Loop W, Houston, TX *******. This is an update on that review. I have not received any response from Arbys and even though I have called the store multiple times my first call gets answered I am told no manager on duty they say they have my number and will have her return my call when she comes in. I receive no call back and every other call I make to the store that day no one answers. Out of curiosity I repeated this procedure 3 different days in the last 2 weeks and got same results each time.

On Saturday March 12.2022 went ti Arby's 1675 Scenic highway Snellville, ga. Me and boyfriend drove up to drive-thru order two meals pull around to window payed for food then was told to pull up and she would bring food out.We wait they never came with food we drove a round to window the lights was off we honking horn no one came to window. We had to call Snellville police they came out we told him what was going on. The police took order ticket when to drive-thru window he honking his horn and knocking on window a lady came and open window police told her what we said. The police came to us and said that she was the supervisor and she didn't here any honking horn because she was in freeze we told him there are three people in there the police said I don't no what's going on in there. Snellville police said drive back to window you get your food are your refund. We drove back to window and said we want a refund they gave my boyfriend his money back.We will never go back to this location we are very unsatisfied with there service.
