Abbott by far was 100 out of 10! Yes you read that right. He went above and beyond anyone has ever for me. I gave him a challenge, as I had a ticket on hold with Delta. And despite me not giving all the details upfront, we went back and forth 3x, but eventually saving me $400. I will always ask for him again!

24hr free cancellation info was twisted to 8 hr cancellation by pushy sales person trying to sell the protection products - customer care gave the right info stating you can cancel reservation for full refund within 24hrs

AI really appreciate the emali from Aran Grant reminding me of the upcoming flight (in 10 days). However, once I went over the schedule on the itinerary, half of departure and arrival times were not correct (I went on the airlines website to check and sure enough ARANGRANT sent me the wrong times of departures/arrival on both legs.
Nov 20,2024. After my initial review, many people from Aran Grant tried to get in touch with me to redress the error. After some quick conversation, ARANGRANT recognized gheir error and promised to do better next time: really that was all I exoected top hear from them.
Ath the end of the day, I was quite happy with ARAN GRANT for all their effort and their gracious gift* a voucher* for a future reservation. All is well that ends well. I would give them a 4.5 star/5

Too many phone calls to follow up, even after I had booked a flight, the presented options by the agent were honestly ridiculous, if found much better, faster and cheaper options searching myself
