I believe that there has been a price reduction on my flight booking #*******. I booked it with Travel Protection Plus and am supposed to be notified of any price reduction. Cathy Pacific seems to have reduced prices on this itineraary. I have heard nothing from Arangrant.

Arant Grant, cheated me. I bought a business class ticket on British Airways. They charged me twice and issued me a duplicate ticket. They are blaming me for that. My original ticket is issued on sep 13th. And they charged my credit card for a second ticket on sep 14th. It's the same name and date of birth. They said they are going to refund my money. And they said it was a mistake from their end. Now they are saying they can't refund. I will never go back to them
I bought a ticket for my mom. The flight got canceled due to the war in Israel. Got an email from the airline itself that I could get my money back as it wasn't my fault, but because I didn't buy the ticket directly from them and instead bought it through your company- I could only receive my refund from arangrant. It has been two months now and all I'm getting is the run around from this company.

As a first timer to international travel I needed help finding the shortest route to my destination, which involved traveling on two different airlines, one of which did not travel daily.
