I had a problem with my reservation because I wrote my name incomplete, I had to write it as it appears in the passport. Well, in customes service they worked hard to help me solve this impasse since the tickets were issued. In the end they succeeded and solved the situation. Thank you for the effort in solving this situation. It was not easy but it was achieved. They deserve 10 points.

My agent confirmed that I purchased Premium Economy tickets, so I expected upgraded seats on all of my flights. However, it turns out the regional flights (operated by Aer Lingus) do not offer a Premium Economy cabin class. Aran Grant followed up and issued vouchers to make up for this. Details about new entry requirements for OCI card holders of India over 52 years was not provided which nearly caused a disruption in my travel. Since I arrived at the airport three hours before the departure, and airline gate agent was knowledgeable about the new rules, I frantically worked the next 2.5 hours to upload all the necessary documents and received an email about the successful submission, I was allowed to board with 30 minutes to spare. It would have been better if the travel agency alerted the passenger 48 hours before departure.

I needed to fly from Syracuse to Rome. Arangrant could not book this on one ticket. I needed to fly to Newark on one ticket, pick up my bags then check in again for the international portion of the flight. When I book through other agents, I can book directly from Syracuse to my overseas destinations.
