I had a pump run dry and fail and called and they sent a replacement that day which I got the following day and was able to get things going again.

Terrible follow up/service. Placed the order in December and only received the tank in February for a stocked item. Had to provide card details twice due to lost details by rep, but only when I called to follow up a few weeks later. Not sure if it is them too busy, covid or just not caring.

A little concerned. Open box. The pump has pipe dope on the threads and the wires are cut different lengths.
I need some unique products quick and Aqua Science was the only business that could provide the product. And the did it with blazing speed.
