I ordered my pressure tank and it came within a week. It actually arrived two days sooner than expected! Aqua Science had the best price and great service. I would buy again from them in a heart beat.
Ordered a replacement meter housing to replace a leaking one. On-line order system indicated a two-day ship time after it left the warehouse. In actuality, the shipping took four days.
I placed my order for a float assembly Feb. 28th. By March 6th. I still have not received the part. I called March 7th to find out the part was never shipped.
Wrong items were shipped but I talked To customer service. And they will ship me the correct part when it comes in.
My experience was good I couldn't find this product anywhere so I told them to put me on a waiting list. They called me back when they got the tank so I ordered it and they sent it out. Unfortunately when I got the tank it was damaged so I called them up and sent pictures. They sent me a replacement right away and the woman I talked to was very nice.
Jim was extremely helpful every time I called. I didn't have to wait a long time for answers to my questions. Can't be happier with the results or the products they sell
