Got my stuff in a timely fashion and everything looks good

The delivery was slow and took 12 days however the plants were some of the best I've ever seen, and I've been working with aquariums for 55 years. The quality was excellent and I will buy more plants in the future, just hope they improve delivery times.

Fast and easy. Shipping was as fast as could be expected due to Hurricane Ian.

Fed Ex left these plants at the wrong address, luckily my neighbor 2 blocks away was kind enough to drop them at my house when she got home.
They were packed well and arrived in good condition. The Java fern and the hairgrass seem fine. The dwarf lily seems a little wilted, I'm hoping it will grow for me.

Great plants for my turtle and a great selection. It made the job of setting up the baby turtles tank very easy. If for some reason certain plants do not do well in the tank I will definitely only order from aquarium plants.com. Thank you guys.

I wish the snail policy was featured more prominently. I haven't had snails in my tank and that was intentional, but I've got them now.

My plants came fast, and all intact. There were a few snails on them, but they were easy to pick out. About a week in, and none of them have melted, died, or had any issues at all. They look great in my tank! No signs of snails in my tank.

All the plants were in great condition. They've only been in the aquarium for a few days but they're looking healthy. Would recommend!

Snails dead on arrival, likely due to heat. Only a small icepack in the box that was isolated by bubblewrap

Ordered plants that came in healthy but was short a plant, a Nasaea Golden. Emailed customer service and they acted like I was dumb that I couldn't find the plant in the packaging and than went on to say I was lying about having it.

Plants where bigger than expected and packaged very well for shipping. Some leaf die off once placed in my aquarium but that is to be expected and completely normal in my experience.

I ordered four bunches of hornwort 7/15 and received order 7/20. The order was a complete disaster. What should have been four bunches of healthy green plant was a few squishy strands falling apart.
