I had a glitch with shipping but when I deleted everything for the third time and put it in again it finally said that it was available to ship to me other than that great shopping experience. Once shipped they arrived quickly and they are the best looking plants I've gotten in a very long time. First experience was great.

Hoping for great plants like I've gotten in the past
Shopping was easy only one item not in stock. The plants looked wonderful
The order was placed with ease put the follow up has not been good. The shipment was marked to arrive the 18th but did not show up until after 6:30 PM on the 21th. The plants were packed with ice bag that I paid extra but that did not help as the temp in the bag was 95.4 degrees. I received no follow up on an email sent. Very poor service. Most of the plants I hope will make it.

The only complaint was the jungle val was pretty small and not all of them were in great health.

My plants came healthy and timely. The anubias were a bit smaller than I expected but otherwise everything was great.
Took a little longer than expected but that's OK. I was supposed to receive 6 Cryptocoryne spiralis but got something different, spiralis have long narrow leaves with rippled edges in a rosette pattern, but these have smooth edge leaves on stems. The plants were a good size and look healthy and green so I am keeping them. I also received 1 potted dwarf hairgrass that was really good. The plastic container of root tabs was OK except the paper label was falling apart from the moisture (should have been in a separate ziploc bag). I really would have no complaints at all if I had received the correct plants.
I found everything I wanted. Ordered on Sunday and received by Thursday. Plants were in perfect condition.
I wish you had a section for background plants and that you would have labeled the plants you sent instead of just wrapping them randomly in damp paper
