Plants were great but there were 4 very tiny fish that came along with them and somehow managed to survive the trip.

Received Thursday, delivered quickly. Fast affordable shipping. Packaged safely. Two Sioux hardy water lilies, six pack of the purple Japanese water irises and the six pack of yellow Louisiana Dixie water irises, a 10 pack of Vallisneria jungle, 6 yellow snow fringe, and the cute dozen olive snails. Everything in great condition! Looks absolutely beautiful! Can't wait for our pond to mature! I would have taken photos of the snails, but they have happily wondered away into the pond.We will definitely order again!

Order arrived still great even though I forgot the ice pack. They did include one ice pack thank you for that. My only issue is the Lilly I got was a bulb with a sprout that had already came out of the bulb i think I'm shipping the little stem broke off and I'm hoping it will recover.

All of my mystery snails arrived alive and they actually sent me a extra mystery snail just in case. Upon arrival all snails where very healthy and good quality.

The package from Aquarium Plants was received by the carrier late on June 21 and delivered to me at about 2:10 pm on June 23. I had it in the house and unpacked it within ten minutes of delivery. On their website, Aquarium Plants states that "Our Pond Plants are large mature plants." However, the plants I received were bundles of obviously fresh cuttings, held together with rubber bands and with no roots – far from the promised large mature plants. Additionally, the water mint (approximately half the value of the order) was a mess of rotten foliage that had expired long before I received the package and fit only for the compost pile. I immediately emailed the company with pictures documenting the condition of the plants and requesting a refund for the water mint. To date, I have not even received the courtesy of a reply. I am attempting to root the cuttings I received with some success.

Very surprised at the quality of lily. Last time I ordered from different co it was only a tuber. This was a large established plant. Very pleased.

The plant I received was much bigger than those I have ordered before from other companies. It was is good shape and I am very happy with my order.

Bought American Frogibt from AquariumPlants.com... order was received very quickly, and plants are currently thriving in my backyard pond... only thing I'd like in future is for AquariumPlants.com to include some sore of care-guide or instructions/recommendations for the plants I've ordered. The plants received look different from how they appear on the website, and I had to google-search on how best to place them.

Ordered one snail and two plants and got two snails and two plants. One snail had a sizeable scuff mark and was bonded to the other larger, more beautiful snail. One plant is big and green, and the other is small and streaked in brown. They both are holding up well enough; the betta fish likes the plants, not so much the snails.

They arrived quickly and the ice pack kept them in great condition. Very pleased with this experience and will be ordering again in the future.

The plants were the only new addition to my aquarium the whole past year. After about ten days of adding them, I've found a bunch on snails and two worms on the plants.

The plants are all good. But the mesh leaf looking plant is dying badly in less than a week in my tank.
