I love apple products but I thought when I had a prooblem with my phone that I would be waiting forever. Nope. I requested a callback in like 8 seconds, waited 5 minutes for someone to answer, told him my issue, and had a solution in five seconds. Not sure about shipping because this was a contact the company situation not a purchasing situation.

Walking into the apple store your immediate greeted by someone who is there to help you. No need to try and figure out whats the best thing you need to get or what to do. No time wasted as your in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Apple, I love Apple. I haven't shop from them a lot, but the little I did, I had a good experince. Their customer service are really great! I've had a really bad accident ith one of our Ipad's and a customer service rep, really helped me out.

Repairs can be ridiculous for families with kids... invest in the best armor type cases you can get. My daughter has 4 kids, each with their own iPad, and replacement glass is very costly through Apple...$300!
