Buy an Imac that is a piece of trash

In April 2020 I bought an iMac and in the 1st week it started with problems, I changed the boot disk, the logic card and the ram memory, it turns out that the ram memory was not the one that should take this computer, it was for a laptop not for an iMac, still with problems and 3 times I have been told that I will replace it and never does... be careful they have no warranty, they are liars and play with and purchased. SCAMMERS, it is no longer the same

Security run amok...

When I purchase a product I expect to have full access to the product and be able to enable or disable features as I want. Apple does not allow this and they rest firmly with the Nanny State. I am not able to remove 2 factor authentication from an iPad mini that I bought and I should be able to if I don't want their 2FA. They have taken security to a total extreme which for business might be worthwhile... for a consumer it is totally overboard in my opinion. I will not be purchasing an Apple product until they start being more consumer friendly and allowing access to all features on their products.

Macbook issues

I am very disappointed in my apple product as well as the customer service Apple has provided. I bought a brand new macbook last year. Apple products come with a 1 year warranty. After using my laptop for about 6 months my screen started flickering. I have sent in my macbook 5 times for repair. The only time that the repair slip said there was a repair made was the last time i sent it in. I am not sure exactly what they did with my macbook the other 4 times i sent it in but i kept getting it back with the same issue. I thought finally it says what the problem was and how they fixed it that it would be repaired but unfortunately my screen is still flickering. I contacted them once again today and they advised me i would have to send it in again. I told them that i cannot be without a laptop because I am a student who unfortunately has to do school virtually everyday. They then proceeded to ask me "well the i'm not sure what you're trying to get out of this conversation". I spent almost 2000$ on a macbook because i thought i was paying for the quality. I did not want to have any issues with it that's why i went with apple products. But it didn't even last me a year before starting to give me problems. I am very stumped on what to do next. Everything I own is an apple product but unfortunately I will be having to find some place else to purchase my products. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would.
Purchasing the macbook air with the FREE airpods online has been a nightmare. After placing the order 2x, they were able to charge my credit card 2x for the airpods and not the mac which resulted in a decline of the purchase. Apple kept stating that this was an issue with my credit card however after speaking to my bank, the charge for the Mac did not even exist in order to dispute! How does this make any sense? Apple was able to submit a charge for the FREE airpods 2x however not the mac? I had to end up cancelling both orders twice and now I have to return the airpods.
Also, Apple prides themselves with having 24/7 costumer service however the rep was completely useless in helping me and was unable to transfer me to a manager (stating it may take a few days to call me back). I will never order apple products again. The freud and hypocrisy is unreal. Greed at its finest.

After three iPhone upgrades to resolve a "bug" in my software & after several in-store visits and several Apple support team consultations,, Apple have admitted that they are aware of this rate software issue however unable to provide a solution or a timeline as to when a solution can be provided (if ever) After over 18montha of back and forth APPLE offered me $300.00 voucher to use in a APPLE STORE! (Being extremely upset, frustrated and disappointed, why would I want to buy another Apple product until this is rectified!

I have just submitted my feedback below, can you please share the below with any senior department you can... I received an auto response after lodging my feedback stating (we can't respond to you directly, however we have taken your feedback on board) Considering the severity of my circumstance & the fact that my passwords, accounts or other personal information could also be sabotaged, this is unacceptable.

I have a lot more to say to the engineers & senior decision makers at Apple however the below was the maximum character count I could type.

"I have been experiencing a severe lag when messaging this lag is now spreading to other apps. I have been appalled with the lack of knowledge, support & outcome to date. I have been informed from a senior member of your apple support team that you are aware of the issue and UNFORTUNATELY have no solution nor able to tell me when I can expect one.
I own 10 apple devices & I run a business from my phone, your faulty product is costing me money & a lot of stress. I want an outcome, I want a solution or I want to be compensated immediately. During a time where technology is being purchased and relied on more than ever and social media & media followed more closely in the current climate, I am hopeful Apple does not want bad publicity. I am prepared to take as much action required to get a resolution immediately as this has cost me a significant loss financially, loss of productivity in my business and my stress levels are at maximum everyday whilst trying to run a business from my phone"

The best smartphone
September 19, 2021

The iPhone 12 Pro Max sports a gorgeous new design, full 5G support, the best cameras and even better performance. However, the lack of a charger in box and limited base storage are drawbacks, but I have original fast charger from my iPhone 11 Pro.

Apple not trustworthy

I sent me apple headphones to get fixed at apple they changed my product to a cheap bt headphones and telling me the found a non-apple product. They are not willing to take responsibility for changing it. I guess i just expected more from them as i was planning to move to apple but with recent events i am totally disappointed in them

Apple is #1, it has always been #1 and will always be #1. You can turn in your old phone to put money towards a new apple phone. The iPhone 12 has been given the title of the safest phone for kids for a reason. Apple has a system where you can save things to the cloud, so you never loose any pictures or videos and the rest of your data.

Authentication stone-age

I had dual authentication on my iphone and during covid moved to a new country. It was a stressed fast move. I received a new phone number and was unable to update to my new number except after waiting 7 days. During those 7 days Apple locked me out of all Apps and Apple ID settings. No access. Many Apps were work critical. I verified all my information with Apple, yet they still took 7 days before I could access Apps and Apple iCloud that I was paying for, but could not access.

If it had been a delay of 2 hours I could have managed to let it slide, but 7 days is unacceptable in the fast moving time we live in. Apple did not value me as a customer and offered no solutions even with full verification of my identity - my old phone number.

How can Apple survive in making customers wait 7 days. It's so disrespectful. And to top it off they required me to keep checking my authentication status and once its complete 7 days later you only have 2 hours to update it.

Basically Apple makes you wait 6 days for their slow inaccessible process and they will not wait for us as their customer. What a worthless disrespectful treatment for us as customers.

Apple was so slow it was as if they were in a technology stone-age and then they disregard me as a customer. Oh and they told me it would be a 6 day delay, but it was actually a 7 day delay.

How abusive. My next phone will not be Apple, unless they start treating me a paying customer as if I'm valued. As of now they don't deserve my money and their products are not worth it. So sad to see a good company fall so far.

Brand new i pad

I bought this ipad at bestbuy for my work because i needed that day i had to have it and have had problems from the start. Keeps shutting off and freezes. Took it back to best buy And they said they cant return it here i would have to get in touch with apple. So i did and they want me to send it back and wait in line to see whats wrong with it before sending a new one or i can pay the price of the tablet to have them send me another one while they look at it then send my money back when they say its broken. I really dont have time Or the money for that for i have a full time job and two kids by my self while trying to build a business.

So i left apple because they have some of the most annoying ways of doing business and they have no regard for the situation that they put you in. I left apple because i would cancel the subscription and would still get charged multiple time which did NOT stop after I left them. Between me and my husband we had to call apple to get a refund over a subscription that they supposedly canceled the first 100 times. But this last time I called for a refund was a time I was very low on funds and did surveys to get the funds to feed my kids. I had 10 dollars. Apple decided to snatch 7.57 out of the only ten dollars I had. I called them in an outrage and they had absolutely no sympathy for their mistake and if that was NOT the worst thing I got transferred around had to explain my story to 7 different people and they did not do anything to help. I will never purchase anything else from their faulty a@@ hell I wont even buy a real apple to eat after that situation. I plan to post this situation on every website.

Apple is a terrible company. They only care about making money and don't care about their customers at all. They allow app developers to break the law by false advertising and scamming people and they deliberately make their products to where they stop working completely within a few years. For example, if you have any Apple product (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, etc), after 3-4 years it will not update the software at all, forcing you to upgrade to a new device. You can't keep a credit card on your account because they will make charlottes to it without your knowledge. These are charges you did not make or approve.

I think Apple should be held accountable for allowing apps and app developers to false advertise and scam people. I think there should be a maximum amount a developer can charge and I don't think developers should be allowed to charge a monthly or yearly subscription amount. Nothing should cost more than $5. If you pay for it once, you shouldn't have to pay again. Also, apps should not be allowed to show fake ads, such as ads where they claim you can win real money on a game and ads that have absolutely nothing to do with the actual app.

Steve Jobs is probably rolling over in his grave today because of how his company has become so greedy.

None of them would attract me to play their games for more than 3 hours, because the games are old school designed! Including, they do not know what "Cute" really means! "Caveman Rocks" and "Mini Golf" from Webfoot was not found on iPhone 10!
I have tried them all!
Xbox Cloud Gaming's within the Beta Stage and Microsoft has not released the completion of that application on Safari, so Forza Horizon 4's game performance is terribly bugged at Beta Stage!

Hairline crack on my brand new iPhone 12 within first 30 days of owning it. I didn't drop the phone and it appeared out of nowhere. I called Apple they said this was a known issue and would likely replace the screen for free upon inspection. They sent me to a Best Buy store to get it repaired two days later. Best Buy said they'd have to charge me for it and they weren't sure why Apple would have sent us to Best Buy given they had to get paid for the work being done. They recommended I go back to Apple and schedule and appointment at the Genius Bar. To say I was disappointed that Apple was dishonest and also sent me on my Sunday to the wrong place that was unable to repair the defective phone without charging me was frustrating.

I called Apple and was put in touch with a supervisor. The supervisor was less than helpful and unapologetic for the misinformation and unfortunate use of my time. I now have to go to an Apple store and who knows what the outcome will be. Hopefully not another wasted two hours out of my day. After this experience with terrible customer service for an $800 phone that I bought just 30 days ago, I will never by an Apple product again.
