Stay away from Apple products. If you ever need a repair, it is always the users fault at significant expense to the point where u would be better to buy new all over again. We have never had a positive resolution from Apple, and I mean never! "We are sorry but this is defective due to user error! So sorry!" Why would they waste money on training staff. Just use the script "sorry! You are screwed and ba-bye! "

Apple has been charging me 2.99 for the past year on my credit card. When i changed phone brands i cancelled my subscriptions under my apple account before switching phone. After contacting support online it was escalated to a phone call with support & talking to them about my icloud subscription on the phone they said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. It's only 2.99 a month but i requested a refund for the past year because i didnt want to keep giving money to a trillion dollar company and apparently there is nothing they could do... i dont feel this is right. It was also difficult to navigate there website to find the right place to get on the chat. They seriously don't care!

IOS 15!

I recently bought Iphone 12 and I am amazed by it's functions and camera! IOS 15 is great os and gives it's users every option you can think of! The camera to text feature is really helpful and redesign of safari gives so much better overview of the opened tabs and websites. Great job!

Trash apple store

I bought the iPhone 12 Pro Max less than 5 months ago the Face ID failed I took it to the store and instead of returning with a repaired iPhone I returned with a factory reset iPhone without notifying me and I lost all my data.

Apple accessories

I have a Macbook pro that I purchased new in 2020 I've always owned windows computers in past, mostly Dell. I like my macbook and am still learning to use it but... I hate that it only has type C usb connections and what makes it worse is that even now November 2021 and still even all Apple accessories use only type A or B usb connections. You have to purchase an adapter to use the accessories. Total Bulls. T. It still rubs me raw everytime I need an accessory, like a disc drive and even buying an Apple drive I also have to purchase an adapter to connect it to my Apple computer.
Apple promoted the type 3 usb saying all thing were going to be using them. WHAT HAPPENED APPLE!

My brand new Iphone 12 Pro Max had a hardware failure in less than 6 months since purchasing it directly from Apple.com and it won't connect to wi-fi or bluetooth, so this suggests under the Consumer Rights that the issues can be considered as being there at the time of purchase. I did all the possible steps to have it replaced, but instead they put my existing screen on a different body, so it was like admitting that the phone needs to be replaced but they were saving the screen. How would they feel if their brand new computers would be dealt like this after having hardware issues in less than 6 months? Take the screen off and put it on a different hardware? After paying £1200, this is what I get! Customer service was very poor as well in Bluewater as shop was packed with people dealing or waiting for repairs! Disgusting! Worth mentioning that they've used all my mobile data to run their test as the phone was not connecting to wi-fi or bluetooth and they damaged my screen protection and wouldn't offer me a new one. Also, I called them to log a complaint, but all they could do was taking a feedback! Take a good learning of this and save your money! Don't buy!

I bought an Ipad in 2012 or there-abouts,
It has been sitting on my desk for the past year and I decided to take it on vacation to watch a movie.
Upon opening it, I found I did not have the Apple ID or PW.
When I returned home, I called Apple.
They wanted me to call the store I purchased the Ipad from (Best Buy) and get a receipt to prove I bought it!
The Best Buy closed at least 6 years ago and is now a shopping center.
These people have absolutely no business being in business and touting their products.
They should be happy I still have the damn Ipad and am willing to use it despite it being incompatible with just about every other format on the web.
I will throw it away and buy a Samsung!
PS I am also selling my Apple Stock and buying Amazon.

Do not trade in by Apple mail in program
I always buy Apple phones each year for me and my family. We also have I pads for the whole family and apple watches. I will say the products are good but do not trade in by mail with them. I always have traded in person but due to covid they don't make it easy to go in person. So, last year we traded in our watches and then they contacted us and said "Are you going to return the watch? Nothing wa sin the box". I call BS on that. It was in there. Then this year I traded in my Apple I Phone 12 max pro and was supposed to get $710 credit. I was just contacted saying adjusted value is $300 because the screen doesn't work. What?!? That phone was in mint condition. Always kept in an otter box defender and glass protection screen. It was beautiful. I should have taken my spouse advice and not traded in a perfectly good condition phone that was only 10 months old. This can't be an isolated case. If I used their trade in mail in programs twice and I've been screwed twice that's 100% guarantee that I'll get screwed next time. Well, there won't be a next time. No support from Apple on their third party vendor who is running a scam to defraud customers. All the negative feedback from customers can't all be lies.

Bought iPhone 13 pro max two weeks ago and I'm a little disappointment. Good software and colors, but weird design. Back cameras look strange, my past iPhone 12 pro was much better. I don't think that you really need it if you already have iPhone 12 or 11 pro. There are no innovations

Apple scamming

I want to start by saying Apple wanted to scamming me since I sent my computer to get the keyboard replaced, however, they did and sent back to me broken, I called them to report my issue which told to send it back, then they claimed my Laptop has a logic board damage and tried to charge me$678 since my computer was working just fine when I sent to them. Nevertheless,? They took 10 days to reach the rapper center,? I had to call more then 10 times to get an update,? During my calls I told many lies and many stories by their agents, I believe the train the agents how to tell a lies to Apple costumers.

If your phone breaks and you want to sign into another device they make it impossible because you cannot sign into anything without a code sent to your broken phone. TERRIBLE system they have.

Last month I upgraded my phone from an IPhone 7 to an IPhone 12 Pro Max and all I can say is What a HUGE upgrade!

Everything about my new phone is a massive upgraded in everything from the screen clarity, picture quality, and even though its much bigger it doesn't really feel heavier. The largest improvement I would have to say would be the processing speed which went from merely adequate to lightning fast.

The only downsize to this particular phone was the price and it took me a few months to save up for it, even while going on a contract. These phones aren't cheap but boy are they nice.

I do recommend the IPhone 12 Pro Max.

Okay I have been Apple Fan since June of 2010, and it's 2022, that's 12 years, I bought a IPhone almost every year y to out every future iPhone smartphone. The cost of these. Has risen through the roof. My first was 250 bucks! Now 2021 IPhone 13 Pro Max 1tb cost me 2k that's with case and screen protector. The other I suffered offset cut backs on IPhone 12 Pro Max, and 13 Pro Max, No power brick and ear pods in box! This year 2021, They sent my IPhone box that looks open box. Now you think a phone that cost 2k for smartphone with a box that looks like open box. I am really thinking about dropping out apple fan etc, buy a phone every year. I have been testing out the new feathers on future IPhones every year.
PS: they IPhone 14 Pro Max in 2022 will include 2 tb space and Touch ID at the cost 2k. I very close dropping of this, due to the of flag ship phones every year.
PS: here photos of iPhone collection worth 3.7k the cost of these phones, very pricey. This is designed for rich business people. Not for middle class on budget. Me I sell my old phones on Amazon and EBay.

Apple is a loser company

Don't buy Apple products in Israel

If you are thinking about buying any Apple product in Israel, you should know that this company has zero interest in you after they take your money. Apple does not honor their warranty in Israel including Apple Care. I bought iPhone 12 mini from them and it was not working from first day. I returned it after 3 weeks (becasue i could not get back to shop sooner), they took my phone and said they would need to inspect it for defect, even though i demonstrated the issue. After 7 days and many emails, calls and messages, I am now told that the main logic board is defective and will need to be replaced and i need to wait another 9 days. They also told me that the serial number would NOT change after replacing the main logic board, this is of-course nonsense. So they expect me to be ok with a repaired phone with a different serial number to the purchase receipt and the box? I thought i was dealing with Apple and not some knock off shop in a third world country. To say that this is appalling on the part of Apple and their authorized representative iDigital is an understatement. Do yourselves a favor and don't spend your money on Apple or at this shop.

The representative said he did know and or the phone did not do what I wanted it to even though the sources said it would.
