If apple spends so much time vetting there apps and you can't get an anti virus why do they allow apps like pod tinder hook up and various other apps that are all bs? They have no problem taking your money. You pay for the subscription but you get matched with people that haven't been online in 9 months plus! WTF forgive me apple but you pride yourself on Bering every app in your App Store and yet they have 4 plus stars how can this be? We trust you at apple to protect us average joes from the digital world that we are not capable of defending ourselves. So I ask, what's the deal if your going to claim to vet. Vet I can't get any antivirus but you will allow thousands of, pleases give me a gift card for me and my baby or verify your not a pervert at this website as they ripp you off it's bull$#*! if your going to vet vet for the blue collar guy that payed 800 dollars ( wich is a set of tire on my truck for a self employed handyman) without the truck I can't get the rest of the tools to a job. Protect us like you claim because Linley hearts are all kinds of succor fish

My review may sound very frustrating and that is because Apple has designed obvious loopholes in their system to steal from their customers. Here goes my story with them. I financed an Apple 13 pro and I got Apple Care+ with Theft and Loss which should cover your phone if it is lost. While traveling we were put to sleep and robbed at our Airbnb and our phones were stolen. When I tried to log in to my account, my phone was put into something that Apple calls "Recovery Mode" and they cut my access from my account for 18 days because people who stole it, tried to get into the phone and for security reasons, Apple put my account on such a long non-sense hold. After the 18 days was over, I logged into my account and my device was not showing under my account. Of course the thieves were not sitting around for me to log in and find their location. They either jalbroke my phone, or they took it into pieces and used the hardware.
Here is Apple's loophole. In order to file a lost phone claim, I have to log into my account and put the phone in "Lost Mode" but this is not an option because for no reason my phone had disappeared and does not show on my account. How is that under my control? They are saying that I might have turn the "Find My Phone" option off which I never did. The funny fact is that when you turn that off, Apple sends you an email that the option was turned off. I never received that email and Apple knows that because they keep the record of everything in their system. In the end, Apple is telling me to go F*** myself because of their loophole I cant file a claim and the $1200 phone is gone. What is the point of getting insurance? I am switching from Apple after more than 10 years because their customer service and their ethics of business are disgusting. Apple gave 18 days to the thieves to do whatever they want so I have to go back and buy another phone from them. So unfair, so wrong. The fact is that I have insurance and my phone is stolen from me and the insurance has to cover it. Now the way to file is defined by Apple in a way for them to benefit from this. My case simply has to be filed manually because it is an error on Apple's system for not showing my device.

Dishonest

I don't have a problem with Apple the product. I have a problem with Apple the company. They are dishonest by intention. They will make promises, not carry through and do what ever they can to nor honor their promises. I will continue to buy Aple products, but not from Apple,

Worst customer service

I ordered an Iphone 13 pro because it is sold out everywhere so i had no choice but to order it to be delivered to my house. Apple's website didnt allow me to order for pick up in store so I ordered to my house. I did not receive the package and when i called apple customer service they said there nothing they can do. So I basically just lost $1000

We paid almost $800 for a phone to be picked up by my child in the Seattle Apple store.
1. The website would not allow us to edit the pickup person.
2. Website says any authorized user from OUR carrier may pick up the phone.
3. Despite my child being an authorized user, the Apple store would NOT allow her to pick up the phone.
4. I spent over three hours placing the order so that she could be made the pick up person.
5. I spent over four hours trying to get Apple to give her the phone.
6. Apple STINKS!

For a sophisticated company, I am very disappointed with the design of Apple's online site for customer billing support. If you want to buy an Apple product, online navigation and help is easy, if you need help with a billing issue, it is not.

I bought a brand new iPhone 13 pro from apple.com. It came in with someone else's credit card information on the apple wallet. I would go shopping but I'm not that guy. I called and asked for a convenient resolution and they didn't have one. I have to go down to a retailer and have them exchange instead of sending a new one out. And in addition they don't have the phone I ordered anywhere. It is blatant disregard for the privacy act. Buyer beware. They lost a 15 year dedicated apple family of 4. Hello Samsung

Ridiculous

I regret switching back to Apple soooo much. I traded in my Galaxy and received a 400 dollar credit. Well, they "never received my trade" they claim so they turned around and charged my card the 400 dollars. When I called they told me if they received my trade they would send it back then I would have to submit another trade in request and get a gift card that they would credit towards my purchase and refund my card. Like what? It's all just too much. I would have just sent the iPhone back and took my galaxy back but now my phone is missing, so…

Did not return charger from cancelled trade in

I sent a laptop to them for trade in that included a charger and it was cancelled. They sent the laptop back without a charger and the customer support said they recycled and couldn't do anything about it. If I sent them a package with a charger, I would assume everything that was sent should be returned. Horrible company and unethical.

Disgusting, felt like I was on a Ferris wheel!

In the last few weeks I have tallied up 4 hours dealing with a new defective accessory. I was dropped over 8 times in 2 discussions with Apple employees. Each time I had to go through the whole situation completely down to all my info. I will never buy another IPad ( I have 4) nor will I buy any other accessories again. It seems like the employees are made to string you along. Never again! There are other products just as good at half the price and frustration. They then screwed up the defective return of a $29 item. They sent me an email to go 300 miles to R. I to pick up replacement. I live in Northern Vermont near Canada. I would recommend throwing the new defective item away and never look back.

Apple Is Not Good

I swich to apple from android a year ago. I don't feel that different between android and apple like the way different on the price. The main part I hated as a apple user is that once the apple lunch a new phone the old phone going to act like trash. Lots a glich, I don't have any words for *******@ElonMusk we are excited about your Tesla phone please let us know when it's coming on market.

GARBAGE

My first Apple computer. Doesn't save any passwords, reported as a glitch. Have to follow instructions to correct because Apple wants customers to be inconvenienced and does not care about idiots that buy Apple garbage. I HATE THIS COMPUTER, IF ANYONE ever gives me anything from Apple I know they HATE me! If you know a compete douche buy them Apple Garbage!

Do not believe the hype
My family of 5 purchased 6 brand new devices of which only three work properly.
No resolution from Apple whatsoever. Basically we're stuck with faulty, glitchy, overheating lemons that freeze often. My phone is frozen until someone Calls Me
Do not fall for Apple's lies
We could have purchased cheap phones that would have actually worked. I'm carrying around a brick not a phone because it's useless much of the time.

Itunes software encrypt my iphone backup by itself. I never put in password for my backups. They deny it and can't help resolve their applications errors. Seems like they some jerks working for apple who likes to have fun locking peoples stuff

Apple I hope you buy a new iPhone and limit the functions of your old iPhone.
My son uses Samsung, and I use iPhone X, we have the same mobile network supplier.
We are eating dinner, my son's Samsung phone has the Internet signal, but my iPhone no.
Also, when I use Laundry software and shopping software, sometimes does not work too. I have to call my son to pay for me. When I go to the apple store and let them check. They will say my phone no problem!

Switching To Samsung

There is so much I can say right now out of anger. These phones are great, ive been using them for years. But please tell me, whos GENIUS $#*!ING IDEA WAS IT TO PUT THE SEARCH BAR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN? ARE YOU MENTAL? DO YOU NEED TO BE LOCKED UP? $#*! YOU FOR THAT, YOU ABSOLUTE VILE HUMAN WASTE. Besides that, widgets are ugly as $#*!, theyre obscure and quite honestly disgusting, and the worst thing besides that atrocious update was taking away the button on the phones, but at least I can adapt to that, what I CANT adapt to is this funky $#*!ing bull$#*! theyre doing. Seriously $#*! you

Worst features

I bought a new iPhone since my old iPhone got damaged and its screen was unusable, i tried syncing my new phone with old phone but i had to reset the apple ID password since i forgot, when i tried resetting it sent instruction on my old phone, how i can read the instruction on old phone if its damaged and screen doesn't work. I still tried but it put me on account recovery list and said it will take 15-30 days to recover the account and since i don't have apple ID password i can't download any apps from app store since it requires you to enter apple id and password if you want to download any apps which is needed in day to day life. Now i got a message that my account would be recovered in 13 days, if apple knows that my account will be recovered in 13 days then why it should take 13 days, why can't they send instruction immediately on how to recover, in current time should a consumer wait for 13 days just for a password to use his phone, its a frustration at its peak. I called customer care and they said, account recovery is a automated process and they can't do any thing which another level of frustration. In 13 days a new product can be launched in market but here apple will take 13 days just to recover my account and they say its an automated process, what type of automation is this which takes 13 days to complete its work. Didn't expect this from apple at least, but now i'm informed, iPhones may be good but experiences like this will put customers (at least me) away from apple for sure.

Gay pride lock screen

I will never ever in my life time buy another Apple product. Did an update on my IPhone. After reading the update that was downloaded to my phone was a lgbtq gay pride Lock Screen options. I am a straight man and I don't like this type of crap being forced on me. I hope and pray that what has happened to Bud Light and Target stores happens to Apple and their IPHONE.

I recently upgraded to the new Iwatch 7, only to find out once I received it, they are no longer including chargers or accessories with their new products. What is upsetting about this, is the fact that they have changed the charging blocks so they are forcing you to buy them, after you already spend hundreds of dollars on the products. SHAME ON YOU APPLE! So disappointing!
