I was reviewing a memory care facility on line and received a call from A Place for Mom. Within a very short period I had a contact person and appointments at 2 locations to tour for placement for my brother. Helpful and caring people!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found that I was going to be moving from Nevada to Texas at fairly short notice. So I reached out to A Place For Mom because I had seen it advertised on TV and thought it might be a good place to start. It turned out that it was a very good place to start. My contact found me places near the area where I wanted to end up living. I was able to do virtual tours with these places, select my top two and then traveled to Texas to make my final choice after an actual tour. I appreciate all the help A Place For Mom has given me. I look forward to living in my new home soon.

From shortly after I submitted my request, to after we had placed my mom (which was a lengthy process with a lot of barriers, twists, and turns), Julianne was there to offer support and guidance and sometimes just a friendly ear when I was overwhelmed. The help gained from trying to do much of this remotely was fantastic! Definitely would recommend.

The staff person assisting me was available during the evening and afforded me significant attention right away in finding the right place for my father. She interviewed me and identified key information necessary to find the right place, including close proximity to other family members. Within two hours I had my first appointment scheduled for the next day. My Dad fell in love with the place and so have we...absolutely amazing experience. A Place for Mom turned a nightmare into a loving pleasant experience! Thank you!

My senior advisor, Aimen Jawad, was so knowledgeable and helpful. After listening to my needs, she recommended Brookdale Vista, a highly-rated assisted living facility for my sister that is located near my home. She scheduled a tour for me the same afternoon. I was so impressed with the facility and staff, that I made the decision that this was the right fit the same day!

Jonathan was very helpful and professional in helping me find a place for my wife.

Such helpful ladies from the start! Provided a list of facilities to tour. Follow up calls to see how the search is going. Just constant contact until the search is completed

When my mom suffered a stroke and required 24 hr care, I didn't really know where to begin. A Place for Mom provided me with a lot of help and support.

I subtracted one star because of the aggressiveness of their marketing machine. It really is too much.

I chose Julian Woods in Arden, NC and couldn't be happier. Facility is exceptional, meals beyond compare and staff and resident are so welcoming and friendly.

Each Tour was better than the last, and gave me what I was looking for, for mom

Debbie Rogers & A Place for Mom were instrumental in finding a place for my dad and I can't thank them enough. We had quite the journey since my dad is a smoker and that seemed to be an issue at so many places. We placed my dad this week and not only did they help with that they helped with connecting me with other services like Patriots Angels for Veterans benefits.

Once my brothers doctors suggested we find an assisted living home for him we panicked not having any idea of how to go about it. Fortunately we met Natalie Schneller (on the internet) and she was so helpful in finding a place for my brother that I will never be able to thank her enough. She showed true concern along with us, continuing to help until we did find a place and still continued to contact me after placement to insure that we did not need more help which we did and she helped in solving our problems. Note-about a year after placement Natalie called to ask how is your brother doing (Wow what a person) sadly I had to inform her my brother had just passed away.

Our experience locating a Memory Care facility for my mom was made so much easier with the help of A Place for Mom.

A Place for Mom provided guidance at intake, followed almost immediately by contact from an advisor. The facilities they work with and suggested for my loved one were equally responsive and made contact and set up tours, one the same evening I interacted with my advisor.

I was in need of some assistance and each time this organization came through for me.

I took the recommended places and surveyed them myself to see what I thought about them. Then I took my mother to each of the places and let her judge them for herself. In the end, she picked the place that I would have picked for her. I appreciated the range of cost and the range of places.
