I requested some information from this site and have received uncountable phone calls and texts from their sales team even when I've asked them to never contact me again.

I started my search for assisted living care for my mother on the Memorial Day afternoon. Within an hour I had 4 tours set up with local assisted living communities. Traci, my senior care advisor checked on me and supported me through the entire process. She also communicated with the assisted living communities to ensure they were responding to my questions/needs in a timely manner. I really appreciated having Traci walking with me on this emotional journey.

While the technology could be a bit more advanced, in remembering that I have already connected with an advisor, the care, responsiveness, and willingness to help was excellent. Our advisor listened, adjusted as needs changed, and helped us provide both Live-in support during a critical period, and the assisted living facility that became the long-term solution to our needs.

Jonathan was very nice and helpful. We are so grateful. He set up appointments at a few assisted living places and we ended up using one for my dad. Wonderful help for me!

Always available many helpful contacts and advice my loved one is placed now however it's never without a few bumps but they remain available

I have a severely disabled husband needing stage four care. With Place for Mom site and the assistant Amy a place for him was found. He is now in a beautiful place with a big bay window and a bird feeder outside. They are kind and attentive. They will see him to the final journey. Thank you place for guiding me in my most desperate moment.

Not only did Melisa email me a list of places to tour, she even scheduled tours for me. She even followed up after I selected a place for my grandmother. She was a great help

Deserea was there to give me assistance and guidance in locating an in-home caregiver for my Dad. She gave me a list of agencies who employed their staff (no self-contracted individuals) as well as having them licensed, bonded and insured. She continued to contact me to see where I was in the process and e-mailed several informational notes on how to begin the, what to look for, what to expect and questions to ask. Deserea's help was invaluable.

Donna was super friendly and understanding of my needs. She was reached out to me daily to see if I needed anything. Thank you a place for mom for all that you do.

During a time of "immediate" need due to unfortunate circumstances, Jackie was there to listen, guide, sympathize and provide expert support. She was fantastic with follow up and very easy to work with. I was faced with a decision that I did not foresee, and she helped me through. I appreciate all of the support and help!

I wasn't sure where to start the daunting process of researching future living arrangements for my mother this past spring. Luckily, she wasn't in an urgent situation to find a place, but I was still encouraged to start the search for when the time came. I had seen advertisements for A Place for Mom online and decided to give them a call. My agent, Vince, was extremely helpful from the very beginning. I felt such a relief after that first phone call, as Vince helped me choose several local living facilities to research, schedule tours of the properties and help compare my findings with each other. I felt like I had an ally by my side. After exploring dozens of options in multiple states, we finally found a few that fit the criteria we were looking for which we took tours of. Vince was always great at checking in with us to see how it was going or to offer support if needed. In the end, after weeks of exploring different properties, my mother decided that perhaps she is not ready to make the big move yet into Independent Living...but when the time comes, I now feel prepared and know I have help just a phone call away if needed! I was reviewing a memory care facility on line and received a call from A Place for Mom. Within a very short period I had a contact person and appointments at 2 locations to tour for placement for my brother. Helpful and caring people!
