My case caseworker (Melanie Ramos)was utterly fantastic! Her experience was solid, demeanor gracious and ability outstanding. She guided us every step of the way during this challenging time. It felt like a trusted friend was helping us.

Jennifer at a Place For Mom was so incredibly helpful to me. She was so kind and answered all of my questions. She made tour appointments for me and also changes and cancelations. She helped me find the very best place for my mother. I highly recommend A Place for Mom.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I answered the call from "A Place for Mom" with Matt Corley but he was very informative, helpful, and encouraging. He asked questions and listened to what our needs were and sent a great list to get started with, which got the process looking at places started. My search for an assisted living facility had already begun when a fall made the search time line shrink. I didn't know about all the facilities in my area and A Place for Mom was a blessing to inform me and then set up tours of additional facilities as well as to compare the options. The help I received was phenomenal.

Very helpful. Essentially though I found out there is little in home care support, but that is not their fault but an overlooked area from state and federal sources.

Literally received a call within 2 minutes of my inquiry. Recommendations sent shortly after, Had our care team secured within 24 hours. Several follow-up calls from them as well. Very attentive, caring and thorough.

I believe the lady's name was Angie but she was the one who came forward I think and gave me some ideas. But then I didn't hear from her in a long time but later the Renaissance called in Stillwater with a call list with my name on it and I believe it came from Angie at a place for mom. They were very helpful in our decision making process of what to do next and then providing the best rated places in our vicinity.
Although I checked out others not on their list, I went right back to their first recommendation.

Was called by a couple of places and got a place convenient for the family.

I was able to gain a good bit of information on APFM partner facilities. I was not quite expecting the number of phone calls that I received from the potential facilities. I feel like I got at least five a week.

I contacted a place for mom on seeing a tv commercial. They were responsive and connected me to a senior advisor, Joy W. No pressure, just caring and helpfulness. I was scheduled with 3 facilities, same day. Helpful all around. I'm grateful.
