Extremely efficient group with which to work. She steered me to really nice facilities. Very encouraging. Because I have heard good things about them.

I was able to find places to live in various income levels which was important to me. Low in come housing locations are provided, as well as moderate income housing. I did visit several of the apartments that were suggested. It was very helpful to have a list of places prepared to visit, so I did not have to do all the searching myself. Also I was informed of a plan available to Veterans to help finance a place to live. Thank You so much for that. You perform an amazing service, when people may not know what to do. Thank you.

When Mom's rehab facility gave her a last-minute unanticipated discharge, we were scrambling to find a place for her because she could no longer live at home. We contacted A Place for Mom in the evening, and got a response within 20 minutes, with a list of places we could tour the next morning. A few of them didn't look like a good fit, so we talked to the woman helping us to give more details about what we needed. We were shocked to get another list of eight more places that night! We set up tours and were ready to go the next morning, when we found the perfect place for Mom that was in our budget. Definitely recommend this service. Can't imagine what we would have done.

I worked with Kelsey Knox as she helped me identify possible communities for my parents. My mom needs 24/7 care and my dad is independent. They wanted to stay together. My parents and I toured the facilities Kelsey recommended and several would work but one stood out as the best option for them.

After my request for places to visit I received a very long list o possible locations. I managed to visit most of them and settled on one in particular that met my needs which included meals provided, cleaning service, transportation, social events. Each location could not have been more friendly and had they all met my needs I would have had a much harder job. So thanks to "A Place For Mom" for providing just what I needed.

My family was suddenly put in a position to look for assisted-living for my grandmother. It was an overwhelming experience to say the least. A Place for Mom came up and I called immediately. My advisor, Carly, was wonderful! I was able to tell her everything we needed (and what we didn't need) and she was able to provide my family with options. Carly stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. My family is so grateful for A Place for Mom and Advisor Carly. We didn't have a lot of time to research facilities individually and that is why A Place for Mom is so fantastic!

The consultant gave recommendations, followed up and help negotiate pricing. Priceless help when you are dealing with so many issues.

As soon as I contacted A Place for Moms, I was connected with Diba. Diba made a couple of suggestions on facilities that would be ideal for my mom and one did indeed meet (even exceeded) our expectations. We were able to move my mom in immediately upon release from a skilled facility where she was receiving therapy. Diba made sure to keep in contact daily and followed up after our selection. My situation is unique in that I visited 6 assisted living facilities for my brother. We thought we found the right location and moved him in. Unfortunately, it isn't meeting his needs. So, A Place For Mom helped me again to locate a memory care facility. I visited 6 memory care facilities. Wendy from A Place For Mom, has assisted me with both searches. I know that we will find the right place for my brother to continue to have the best care and quality of life possible.

Jim was great. He was informative and friendly. I was able to reach out to him after my initial contact.

My aunt needed a placement immediately from a hospital to assisted living. Jackie was great, guiding me about discharge papers and how to get the hospital to sign them, procedures, paperwork, etc. We were able to get my aunt transferred to a beautiful facility the same day. I'm very grateful for Jackie and A Place For Mom.

They are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. And it's a free service! They set up an appointment at a facility near my home and followed up regularly during the process. I know my mother will be very happy.

I called them a few years ago regarding my sister that had dementia and again now with my husband needing assisted living. They were big help.

We were told that our mom was getting discharged from an inpatient PT rehab and we were in despair trying to find somewhere safe for her. We could no longer take care of her ourselves. I "accidentally@ called Krystal Padilla at A Place for Mom and she helped us immediately! Within an hour, she had 3 appointments for us and we were able to find a wonderful assisted care facility for her to go to. I can't thank Krystal enough for helping us in our time of need.
