Julie listened to our 'wish list' for appropriate housing and provided an initial list. When we toured that group of properties and didn't find the 'perfect match', she found additional options immediately. Bingo! There was the perfect match just a bit out of our initial geographic circle.
This is the second time I've used 'A place for Mom'. If I have a need for the third time - my first call will be to them.

I was at my wit's end, spending countless hours on the phone trying to find low-income housing for my elderly mother. Every place seemed to have 1-2 year waiting lists, and I was getting the runaround. Then I saw an online ad for A Place for Mom and decided to give it a try, despite my doubts.
From the moment I called, I was impressed. The first gentleman I spoke with was incredibly helpful, and within minutes, I was assigned a dedicated advisor. Once they understood our requirements and budget, they not only provided a list of 5-6 places with immediate openings but also went above and beyond by booking appointments based on our schedule.
Just two days later, on our fourth site visit, we found a wonderful new home for my mother. It was a place that both she and our family felt comfortable and excited about. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far exceeded my expectations.
I can't thank A Place for Mom enough for their exceptional service. They turned what seemed like an impossible task into a quick and painless experience. Their expertise and dedication made all the difference in finding the perfect home for my mother.

Jonathan out of New York was very efficient and helpful. I needed a place for my wife fast and he was able to assist as I was lost where to even start. Unfortunately, Florida is not the greatest place to have to do this. Yes it is expensive and Jonathan was able to direct me to several "affordable" by comparison locations. I do have to warn any future clients that the process to sign you can move very fast and you might not be given all of the information you should have to make a decision from the facility This has nothing to do with Jonathan or A Place for Mom but the facilities. I needed a place, they knew it and since they had availability, well...

I was starting from scratch and did not no where to start. My consultant was very knowledgeable and helped me make good decisions.

I had to locate a place to move my Mom very quickly. I reached out to A place for Mom (Donna Butin helped me with my search) and I gave them my price range and what location I was looking for. Within the 1st 5 minutes I was given 3 locations. 24 hours later I did a walk through at one of their recommended places and loved the 1st place. I moved my mom in within 1 week and she loves her new home. Thank you for making this process so easy.

I utilized A Place for Mom ~ 6 years ago, when my mom's dementia escalated, and I had only myself to watch over her 24/7 while I worked full time. I do believe John was my counselor. He was very patient, professional and helpful at a time that was very trying for me.

Nilsa and her team provided fantastic assistance - she was super efficient, friendly and professional and her commission is paid for by the facilities (not the families), so it was a win-win to utilize the services. They helped me find a wonderful place for my Father, and quickly, and he's been there about 2 months. He really likes the food a lot and the staff are great! Expert Tip -- DO Create a separate email account to manage the emails that come in however. I told them what I wanted (nearby, good reviews, not quick to boot to a nursing home). They gave me a few recommendations, set up a tour. Encouraged me. I found one I like. Done.

A Place for Mom was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of finding an Assisted Living facility for my mother-in-law. They shared facilities I was unaware of and helped me to understand the process of getting her settled into a safer environment than her independent living situation.

Unexpectedly had to find a safe place for parents when Dad fell and broke his hip. A Place for Mom provided us with many options to get the base cost of several places. I was looking in a range where they live to places 500 miles away closer to where I am at. With a simple request, they sent links to areas I was interested in, pictures and cost break out. This was very helpful since I knew nothing or where to turn. There has been no sales pressure and everyone I contacted has been very professional.

I accidently connected with A Place for Mom when trying to make a decision for my husband's need to be placed in a memory care facility. They guided me with information I did not have and helped me select the best fit for his needs. I chose the one they recommended, and I am very pleased he is where he needs to be.

About 5 minutes after I filled out the questionnaire I received a phone call and I had a tour set up with the best place that could be. Two weeks later we had the papers filled out and keys to my mom's new apartment. All along the way advice and places to contact for benefits were provided and follow ups to see how things were going continued. I'm so glad I heard about A Place for Mom.

Pacifica senior care memory care was wonderful- like a hotel. It was bright, homey and everyone, staff and residents, seemed happy- they were talka, clean, and smiling.

I can't say enough good things about A Place for Mom. I was so overwhelmed with finding my mom a place closer to me. She had some medical issues and I wasn't sure how it all would work out. My advisor Carolin went above and beyond helping me at every stage of the move. She helped facilitate with the sr living homes and gave me advice when I didn't think I needed it. From start to finish, A Place for Mom was my one point of contact for everything on my to do list. I would tell everyone that I know that A Place for Mom should be the first call when starting in this journey.

Having the help of someone who had the resources to provide me with a list of senior living communities that were within the geographical area I wanted made it much easier for me to narrow my search. Moving to a senior community is a major decision for anyone and having well directed and knowledgeable help does make it easier.

From the first phone call, the representatives were eager to provide the information we needed. Being new to this experience, we needed a lot of advice. Our representative made several good referrals and checked in regularly with us along the way.
