They were very helpful in a timely manner. My mother was in need of an assisted living place quickly. They contacted me and talked with me regarding several of the assisted places in my area. They set up an appointment for a tour for us. In the meantime my mother was admitted to the hospital and was not able to make the tour. I still contacted the facility and was impressed. We did settle on the facility. During the process, even while my mother was in the hospital and then in rehab after discharge, A Place for Mom continued to stay in touch with me until we were settled in. I recommend A Place for Mom to help in finding the right place for your loved one.

A Place for Mom advertises to provide all the information you need in one email, saving you time and phone calls. In reality, what I got was an email that was very little help, and then you gave my phone number to various places and my phone started ringing off the hook. That is exactly what I was trying to avoid. I am very disappointed and feel like neither the advertisement, text conversation, and one phone conversation I had with your staff was very misleading as I was never told you would give my information out. We were just starting to explore our options and I did not have time for all of the phone calls. Very disappointed.

I contacted them with little hope of finding a satisfactory facility within my budget. But they came through for me with flying colors! I moved in three days ago and am very happy. I can't thank APFM enough!

My family began looking for an assisted living facility a few weeks ago, we toured one that was recommended by a neighbor but saw a few issues we didn't like. I called A Place for Mom and immediately got a response. After speaking to a Representative I was given a list of highly rated facilities in our area and price range. I was also assigned a Representative to guide us through the process. We received honest opinions on the facilities and reviews for us to read. We selected three facilities to visit and by the following weekend we had selected the right facility for us.

My experience with a place for Mom was very warm and personal. Looking for a place for a loved one and knowing that they will be taken care of is a very stressful situation. I feel that Holly took the extra mile to extend her help with anything needed to make my experience for my mother the best it could possibly be.

Within 5 minutes I had texts and calls from senior living complexes looking to assess my needs and their availability. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. Not all senior living chains subscribe to this matching service. I ended up using one of the referred services and so can recommend this service especially for those urgently looking for a placement.

Really the only thing they do, other than pester you with emails and phone calls, is provide a list of some facilities in the general area requested. That information can be found online. I don't think their own reviews of the places can be trusted.
