I enjoyed working with my agent —— she was well informed and very friendly and helpful

They have helped tremendously in finding a place for my loved one. They sent me on tours of places close to my home and then helped to get my loved one placed in the assisted living place I selected.

They were professional! Easier to find good rated facilities!

Last year contacted A Place for Mom and got Blueberry Hill but decided on Maple Hill in Paw Paw because I need an immediate placement but it became necessary to move my sister so I decided to Blueberry Hill which is close to my location and did memory care which she needed.

From the first phone conversation with Hannah, to Thom's "always here for you" availability by phone, email & text, I couldn't be more pleased with our experience! A Place for Mom was able to provide our family with options that we didn't know were available, and they checked in with us at every step along the way. Mom is now settled in her new place and things are going well! Should we ever need their services again, A Place for Mom will be my first call!

Dawn was able to help find the right place for my wife who suffers from late stage Alzheimer's. She educated and assisted me on the process and the various options available. I found the right facility and because of Dawn's patience and knowledge I am comfortable that my wife is receiving the best care and I can relax and move from caregiver back to loving husband. Mom fell, broke her leg, I needed to get her moved closer to me so I again reached out to A Place for Mom. Stacie Polozola was the one appointed to help me and she did a wonderful job! She asked all the right questions and listened to my needs for mom. She helped with a couple of places and even had to speak with them on our behalf to help better find the right place.
In the end we have mom moved and in a place closer and affordable for her. Thank you Stacy and A Place for Mom AGAIN, for helping us so quickly!
