I needed to get my daughters belongings back to the UK from the flat she shared in Holland with her ex in difficult circumstances & at very short notice. The whole process, from start to finish was impeccable. I was guided through the quote on the phone and was emailed almost immediately with details of the driver (James) and was kept informed throughout, despite the fact it was Christmas. The pickup went like a dream and was exactly at the time promised as was the drop off. James is a real gentleman.

We were visiting the North East from London and a friend offered us a sofa for my Mother in Law. As we were only there for two days we organised an urgent pick up and delivery for a Sunday morning. We were able to choose an early morning time slot at very short notice. The driver, Richard was very helpful and on time, which in this case was very important, as we had to leave for our journey back south that morning.
I cannot comment on other peoples experience but our was great.
