We recently used AnyVan from W2 to SW10 and they were great. I'm sorry I have forgotten the two guys names. I think one was Sean. They were friendly, polite and efficient and nothing was broken. Can't ask for more than that.

Hired a van through Anyvan to move a one bed flat from Manchester to Rotterdam. Setting up the job through Anyvan was super easy and they were very helpful in explaining me all the information so that I could chose the right company for my needs. Communication with Anyvan was brilliant, as well as with the company that did the move. All went super smooth, well-communicated, very helpful and professional people. I had my stuff in Rotterdam within a day and the loading-unloading didn't take more than an hour. Would defo recommend Anyvan to anyone, as well as No1Serv (Tomasz!) for moving your stuff!

Never EVER again! Unreliable and incompetent are two words I would use to describe Anyvan. My booking today was a disaster! Their customer service makes false agreements, they got their call sheet wrong, so the driver was calling the drop-off number about the pick-up timings/details, and even the booking process was stressful and frustrating.
This isn't the first time I've had issues with Anyvan. I used them for a job in August 2017 and it was SO difficult and their were issues with the entire booking and execution. I ended up paying extra and using Addison Lee's service and it ran so smoothly.
The only reason I decided to give them another try was because it was quite a bit cheaper, but NEVER again! I've learned my lesson.
My advice is to pay extra for a more reliable, trustworthy service.

Received a variety of quotes to compare for a move from London to Paris. Chose a firm LKL which suited or price range and timings for pickup/ delivery. Faultless service from start to finish. Have no hesitation in recommending Anyvan to anyone.
We scheduled this service on Friday. They were easy to work with. They were professional and kind and quick. They quickly emptied our home and moved it into the new flat. We were very happy with the service
The two drivers from Worksop area were friendly very helpful and professional. Kept contact with me from start to finish on delivery times etc. my 2mtr long display fridge was secured properly in van and delivered on time and good condition. Will use anyvan again.

Two guys were great, and worked very hard to make sure the delivery was done on the same day as the collection.
Easy to book. Very reasonable price. Polite and careful staff. Excellent service. I would not hesitate to use them again nor to recommend them to other people.
From booking to delivery was 3 days, and involved a move from one end of the country to another across the Irish Sea.

I used a transport provider through AnyVan for my relocation move, which turned out to be an easy and financially prudent decision as the transport provider I used was excellent. I could have chosen from several potential providers who quoted for my business, and all would have represented excellent value compared to the large companies who offer house moves.
