Great customer support! While it says on their site that they don't do cancellations, they were able to cancel when I reached out to them right after I placed the order. They promptly responded and helped me cancel through their support email, so I'm quite satisfied with my experience.
I impulsively bought a graphics card bundle (because these things are in high demand nowadays). After a few minutes of thinking about the other parts that came in the bundle I decided it wasn't for me. I contacted customer service via email and they replied back within minutes and helped me cancel the order. Extremely painless and they were completely understanding. I will definitely do business with them again. I'm actually eyeing their pre-builts.
This was my first time ordering the high demand console from antonline and I was lucky to secure the bag. Unfortunately, it was not packed as great as I thought it would be. No air bubbles to protect the console so it has some dents on the edges of the box. I just hope the console is not cracked. The package box came bent and opened. I have photos to show it. Otherwise, you receive everything you paid for. Just wish they can improve on packaging quality though for the price/shipping.
One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I purchased a PlayStation 5 disc version bundle on 6/14/21 and they gave me a confirmation email, then turned around and started they are going to process my cancellation at my request. I've tried for 8 hours on 6/14/21 & 2 hours on 6/15/21 & every time I get to the point I'm supposed to take to a customer service represent active, they disconnected my call. I also since more than 10 emails requesting my order be processed as I never sent an email to have my order cancelled at all. I asked a question to verify that I order the right stuff & that my order was right but that was it. I never request a refund or a cancel of my order, but the fact they would lie & say I requested was unacceptable, unprofessional, not legal & a lie that needed to be fix. No one reached out to me to fix the matter, I sent them all my emails, all my phone numbers & still continued to reach out to them to fix this. They are ignoring me & I reached out to them on Facebook, Twitter and IG. I do not know what else to do but they are a terrible company for this screw up and then they didn't even try to fix it or take ownership. I already filed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau. And every place I can place this review and complaint I will do so. I have all the evidence in the world that I never requested a refund or a cancellation of my order. I been trying to get a Playstation 5 disc version since it was released in November & we are at month 7. For 7 months I've been trying to get this system, so why the hell would I cancel my own order & I've been trying so hard to get it. Been following IG and Twitter retailer restock tweets to try to get the opportunity to get this system & for them to lie about me cancelling my own order when I did not do that & then being nonchalant like they don't care they messed up & are not talking ownership for the issue nor are trying to fix it is pathetic. I hope no one has to go through this disappointing ordeal, this disrespectful situation & this overall lack of professionalism with this company. I had hope for them & gave them several chances to fix & correct the issue but they refused to do so because they refused to acknowledge they did anything wrong.

Well i was going through to buy to PS5 and then was checking out... it kicked me then said sold out! Thats horse crap specially when im waiting to check out. I feel robbed because ive been waiting a year for the PS5... thinking i finally had my hands on one!
I bought a Chrome book from Walmart.com. And Walmart got it from ANTONLINE. Twice while using it, it shut itself down and would not let me back in via my password. I took it to a computer repair shop and the technician also could not get me back in so it is completely usesless. ANTONLINE IS REFUSING TO LET ME RETURN IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK. I HAD IT EXACTLY 21 DAYS BEFORE IT STOPPED WORKING. THAT IS CALLING STEALING. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A GIANT THIEF
Accidently made a triple order for an item I only wanted one of, and David from support had it sorted out within minutes of reaching out to antONLINE. This is my first time doing business with them and am impressed by the promptness of their customer support, will surely recommend this vendor to friends.

Unfortunately I have compulsive buying disorder; when the 3070 package was in stocked I jumped at the deal but sadly there was a better deal locally. I didn't want to deal with RMA and the FAQ said it was impossible to cancel. Their return policy also suck; 15% restocking fee for new untouched items is outrageous. BUT it's understandable as a business can't lose money from shipping to remorseful buyers. Fortunately I opened up a support ticket and they immediately canceled my order. 10/10 Service but questionable policy.
I had an issue with ordering that was quickly cleared up by support. My order was much faster than I expected and I got my new console right away. This website has great service and I'd definitely shop here again.

My PS5 controller that I purchased had a drift effect only a month after getting it delivered in the mail. For that reason alone I'm very disappointed! These controllers are brand new & should function perfectly for the next year or two at least!
I returned using their 30 day return policy via an RMA. They didn't have the skills to reset the surface pro and sent it back.
When they did they did not return my 99 dollar surface pencil and my 99 dollar Microsoft office license. They won't answer emails or phone calls. They just ignore you.
I am going to have to sue them for a refund for the items they stole as they won't respond in any way.

Purchased an Xbox series s bundle for my son for his birthday. On the second day the fan on the system would run really loud and smelled like it was going to catch on fire. Returned to the company and received a refund of $200 less than what I paid for. They charged a restock fee just so they can resell the defective equipment. The customer service there is a joke, it's like talking to people who have never worked a day in their life. Will never buy another thing from this garbage company again.

I am very pleased with the pixel buds 2. I am coming from a pair of tozo t10s, which have fantastic sound quality for the price. While the pixel buds cost nearly 3x as much, I got them because I wanted easy access to music controls and google assistant without having to take my phone out on runs/bike rides.
The touch sensitive controls on the buds work so well, even with thin gloves on. It's even fun to swipe forward and back to adjust the volume on the go.
Sound quality is important to me. I immediately reject any headphone that sounds tinny/flat. The pixel buds, while certainly not audiophile level sound, do a great job in this sense. Even without noise cancelling, I am more than happy to listen to these hours on end.
Form factor: very well designed, essentially sits flat with the ear cartilage. So thin that they do not stick out at all. I love the design. Some have complained about discomfort during long sessions - I have not noticed this at all.

I Googled 5950X and one of the search results took me to Antonline product page saying it was in stock for $799 which is the average retail price for the 5950X.
I didn't even see what it was buying, I just wanted to make sure I checked out before scalpers or bots would buy it before I did.
Well, after I finalized the transaction I noticed that the CPU I had purchased was in fact the almost two year old 3950X.
I immediately sent Antonline em email to cancel the order and refund my credit card.
What a waste of my time...

I managed to purchase an actual 5950X last week at my local MicroCenter for $799. This CPU is a beast and should last me at least 5 years until I feel the need for an upgrade.
I won't be shopping at Antonline anymore. I sent them several emails and they did absolutely nothing to address the CPU mixup because I had requested my order to be canceled.
