My bundle never arrived. Purchased on 8/12, today is 8/29. Replies to my emails and phone call were uncaring with a not-my-problem attitude. I'm out $822 and no PS5 after months of fighting scalpers.
Update - Finally Ant decided to do something! What did they do? They recalled my PS5 bundle from UPS without option to have it reshipped or delivered. Why? The last digit in the zip was a 5 vice 4. What a clown show. At least I got a refund but the fighting with scalpers was in vain. My first and last Ant purchase. Terrible service.
I had a issue about one item is different from the order description. Problem solved within almost 24HR via emails. Antonline is at east coast, and I'm in west coast. That is VERY FAST. And I'm satisfied with the solution.
They were able to cancel my order without any issues. I purchased a highly sought after item and changed my mind. Even though their site says it can usually not be done. They went above and beyond for me. Definitely puts them on the map for my wants.

This has been over of the most stressful, irritating online experience I've had. The company cannot make any changes to your order, you cannot talk with anyone for clarification, you cannot get a helpdesk ticket followed up on properly and they generally don't care about helping you. It took them over a week to complete my order and even then it was to finally cancel it even though all of the information I provided them was correct and the payment method was good and had sufficient funds. My only guess it's that they a) are just a bad company with no customer care priorities or b) did not actually have the items to fulfill my order and therefore finally cancelled it.
I received a ps5 bundle, however the box was torn down one side and the 12 month membership was not present. I contacted antonline and they said security footage indicated that everything was included and basically I was SOL. Quite disappointing.
Got to me very quickly about my order and returned it so fast! Absolutely wonderful! They have a bunch of great stuff too to check out w/plenty of good deals & bundles throughout the week! Highly reccomend!
I ordered a Microsoft Surface pen and keyboard. While shipping was fast, I received them both haphazardly thrown into a cheap, thin, paper USPS bag with no padding or protection whatsoever. The pen I got was the wrong color and the box has dirty smudges on it. The keyboard arrived unscathed, which is miraculous seeing how it is only in a thin cardboard tray covered in shrink wrap.
I would NOT purchase any delicate items through Antonline, and I would purchase with the fact in mind that the incorrect model may be delivered.
I ordered a 3060 graphics card + monitor bundle (for my buddy who I was helping build a PC) rapidly once I got the discord notification that they were in stock. Shortly after the order confirmed he saw that there was actually a 3070 bundle we hadn't seen (the GPU he actually wanted). So minutes after I placed my order I called the customer service line to cancel it.
The gentlemen I was on the phone with was very nice and helpful and told me he submitted my cancellation request. Problem solved, or so I thought. The next day I got the shipping notice. I have to give them 5 stars on shipping speed I guess, but I was mildly irked that my cancellation hadn't gone through. In this day or electronic orders I don't understand how you can't immediately cancel an order that was placed moments ago.
Okay I thought, well I'll just return in when it arrives without ever opening it. Having mostly dealt with Amazon and other such return processes in the past I didn't think there would be any issues and I would easily get all my money back.
So I submitted the RMA request, got the return approved email with the shipping label code and headed off to haul the giant monitor and GPU boxes off to the UPS store. I let the super UPS store guy scan the code and he sits there, puzzled, asking me if there's another code since I have two boxes and the code only provides one shipping label. Nope that code is all they have me. So I pay $11 for a giant box to ship both items back in. Now I'm even more irked, but fine whatever $11 lost isn't a huge deal, but they could have at least given me two shipping labels since they sent me two boxes.
A few days go by and I get the email that the refund was processed to my PayPal in the amount of $749 out of the $844 it cost. After respectfully calling their service line again, they said returns questions had to be sent to their email. Okay so I email them and apparently:
"Products returned new and, unopened in perfect condition with all packaging and item materials and manuals that can be resold as new are subject to a 15% fee or a flat $50 fee for products with a sales price of of $350 or greater which covers the cost of packaging, shipping and handling. Additionally, If packages are requested to be intercepted or are refused or if a pre-paid label is requested and provided for the return, then the additional shipping cost incurred by antonline are also deducted from the return."
I think charging roughly $100 for my return of a brand new item which I never removed from the box is exorbitant especially since I had every right to believe my order had been cancelled.
So I think if you really know you won't need to return or cancel your order, this company is probably fine to order from. I can tell you however that I will never purchase from them again.
I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. Their return policy is garbage. I received a defective mouse, returned it, and they kept 15% of the cost and did not pay for return shipping.
I out an ordered in for the 3080 TI bundle. After watching a review, I decided the 3080 was a better bang for the buck. Antonline caught my order as it was heading out and canceled it for me. Cant wait for them to get the 3080 in stock so I can place a order through them. Crazy fast response time.
I purchased a GPU Bundle to sell it for profit. The GPU came with its Factory Seal Sliced Open lowering its resale value. I was told it was broken during shipping or that customs may have checked the box for drugs. These were the explanations I was given by Antonline "Customer Service" as to why I was shipped a GPU that not only had damage to the box but had its Factory Seal sliced open. I am 100% convinced that these GPU's are shipped open so that it discourages a return as returning an open item results in a 30% Restock Fee. Also, the GPU Bundles are bundled with a bunch of useless items that are hard to resell at MSRP (like Keyboards, Mice, Power Supplies) as the market is flooded with these items at under cost. At best you will break even buying a GPU bundle if your plan is to sell it but most will lose money. Stay Away from this company and its shady practices!
It was my first time shopping online here, and I was immediately met with disappointment. As I waited for a package that would never arrive, and was met with robotic answers or was downright ignored. The package was a series x bundle which already isn't cheap, which makes sense a signature would be required, but to my surprise when I got back from work, I would see no sign of attempted delivery that ups normally does, and instead later find out while contacting ant online support that it was so called "delivered" with a signature that wasn't mine, the signature read Coivd which isn't my name nor did I sign for anything. It's been more than 2 weeks which is what ant online support told me to wait for the ups investigation and still I have not heard anything back from them, I've contacted support multiple times only to be met with a message saying it was delivered which it was clearly not, or downright with no response whatsoever. This was truly the most horrible experience I've ever had while shopping online and would not recommend shopping here to anyone. I just feel robbed.
AntOnline was very helpful for helping me cancel an order I placed by accident. Submitted a service ticket and they got back to me quickly and resovled my issue. They have also been very helpful with other orders I have had in the past. Great company to order from.
I placed an order with ANTOnline over two weeks ago. The scheduled delivery date for the shipment to arrive came and went. I reached out to their support and received a generic template response about increased shipping times and to please be patient. UPS responded to file a claim to begin an investigation. The investigation was concluded within a few days and a loss claim was approved by UPS with instructions to reach out to ANTOnline for further details about 4 business days after my initial support tickets were raised. I raised another support ticket with ANTOnline with all of the information from UPS and received the exact same template response about increased shipping times. I have reached out multiple times to their customer support line only to be told that customer support can only be handled via the email ticketing system and they are only around to assist in opening tickets and cannot provide any help. So now it is two weeks since my package was supposed to have been delivered and a week and a half since my first ticket with nothing to show for it except $1000 less dollars in my bank account.
I never received the item. UPS tracking came and went for June 16th. I emailed multiple times and Susan Brown (shipping manager) ensured me it would be delivered and to be patient. She also blamed covid for lack of UPS personnel and delays on their part (untrue in my circumstance according to UPS). UPS did an investigation and could not find it. UPS was awesome and helped me figure it out in about 4 business days. ANTOnline still insists it may still be found and delivered, and won't offer any resolution or help for 30 days. Absolute garbage company with garbage policies. They are holding my ~$1000 ransom despite UPS informing them about it being lost and probably being claimed out already at this point. Don't call customer service either, for some reason they pay people money to answer phones and just fill out the same support ticket you can do yourself on their site. They literally can't (or won't?) do anything else. Worst experience of my life with an online order. Amazon/Walmart/Target/Newegg etc all have helped me in the past with issues and I have ALWAYS been refunded immediately when I was not satisfied or ran into a problem. We'll see if I get my money back, I'll be sure to follow up with any shenanigans they will pull in attempt to be held accountable.
I ordered it on a Monday, and I had it by Thursday. Amazing value! The Spiderman game is so addictive, can't stop playing it! The PS5 is so hard to find and you guys made it a great experience, thank you!
The website looks fishy but it's trustworthy, I got a bundle of an RTX 3070 and Ryzen 5800x among other things pretty quickly. Awesome service considering the shortage at the time.
Purchased the wrong item and they cancelled it immediately before it made it to the warehouse. That would have cost me 15% to return so that would've sucked
I bought a PS5 bundle from this company and emailed them to request an address change. They replied, stating that they do not change addresses due to risk of fraud, and advised me to request a cancellation if necessary. This was not necessary, as the address on the order was my home. I did not reply. I then received a second email stating that they had CANCELLED MY ORDER even though I did not request this.
After 30 minutes on hold, the person I finally talked to was rude and unhelpful. He told me he worked in a separate department and the best he could do was open a ticket for me, which I am sure he never did. I requested a supervisor and was told there wasn't one. I asked to speak with anyone else at all, and he said he was the only person in customer service period. Uh, what?
I emailed multiple times to request my order be shipped instead of cancelled and NEVER received a reply. Refund came through later that day.
This "company" is a joke. I've tried to secure a PS5 for my kid's birthday since January and I was thrilled to have found one, but this dumpster fire of a company's shenanigans wrecked that for him.
If not for the shortage of PS5's, nobody would even know this company existed. They are a fly by night operation, probably run out of some dude's garage.
