Good, amazing I finally got one. Bit expensive as it was a bundle, but still excited!
Item was very poorly packaged. When spending money on a product I expect the issuer to handle damage control. This did not happen it was in a bubble wrap resulting in damaged and warped corners.
Game was shipped in a bubble mailer so box arrived with dents all around. Poor packaging choice for a special edition. It also arrived nearly 3 weeks after the order was placed. Will never be buying from Antonline again!
Item was all dented due to shipping in a bag and not a box. Horrible experience, will never shop with again. Very disappointed with this company, look elsewhere if you want your items to arrive in good condition.

I ordered a laptop from them through Newegg and was not given a shipping option. When I got a tracking number I saw that it was going to require a signature but I am at work during the day so I wouldn't be there to sign for it. I contacted UPS and Newegg and they both told me that I would have to work with Antonline to get the package.
I contacted Antonline and asked them to either change the address to my work address or leave it at a UPS location so I could pick it up. The rep told me that they couldn't (or wouldn't) change it even though UPS told me that only the sending party had the authority to change a shipment. I went back and forth with all parties several times and eventually the Antonline rep told me to just let it get returned and then order it again to a new address. Because I wasn't home to sign for the package, it automatically got returned they charged me $110 as a restock fee even though their restock policy is that you would get charged if you "refused" a package. Which I didn't! I wanted the package but the Antonline rep purposefully told me they wouldn't change the shipping address so it would get returned.
I've contacted them numerous times and no one ever back to me. Newegg never helped either. This is unethical at the very least and possibly illegal! They basically shipped a package so no one could receive it and then refused to help so they could collect $110 from me for nothing. Please spare yourself the pain!
Great customer service team. I had ordered a product that I thought was something else so I quickly sent out a cancelation and they returned my email within minutes and granted my cancelation. Sorry about this but rest assured I will be back to buy from a reputable company like yours.
I ordered a graphics card bundle and changed my mind a few minutes later and just replied through the order confirmation email to cancel the order and they cancelled and refunded the money to me in minutes. Great customer service and quick communication. Will buy from them in the future.

Great experience ordering on the site. Everything went quickly and easily. The email was notified on the status of the order. Received in three days, happy with the order.
I ordered a EVGA 3080 iCX3 Graphic Card from them but they send me the wrong card EVGA 3080 iCX3 LHR. I asked them to return it but they want me to pay for return shipping and 15% return/restocking fees.
This site doesn't offer returns, they made me contact EVGA for an RMA. The power supply was dead on arrival. I've had to pay close to 100 dollars in shipping at this point, for a product that doesn't even work. I'll never do business with this site again. Customer Service was horrible, shipping time was horrible, and product selection is way over priced.
Purchased a $2000 item by mistake and wanted to cancel it on the same day. I freaked out when I read the whole RMA process, didn't want to pay 15% restocking fees. So, I sent a ticket to Customer service and they replied super fast (even though it was close to their office closure at 5:30 pm ET). They were able to cancel my order and process the refund.
Due to the superb and fast service, I will definitely consider them for future purchases.

Antonline is ZERO concerned with customer service. I have never encountered an entity (including utility companies and government agencies) with such poor customer support.

This would have been a good review if I had received my item in excellent condition. ANTOnline did not pack the Xbox well and as a result it was damaged during shipping. After repeated attempts of communication with them, they have not taken any responsibility and want me to pay shipping back to them as well as a 15% restocking fee. It is unacceptable that I should pay anything due to their negligence. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card. Buyers Beware!
