I was looking for a laptop and was looking up several part number variants of a model I wanted. I got a hit on Walmart.com, the seller was ANTOnline. I'd also found the same seller on Ebay with the same model. Typically I'll look up a seller outside of the platform, and sure enough, I found antonline., com and the laptop was a few bucks cheaper so I pulled the trigger.
Now, both Walmart & Ebay were giving me delivery dates a week+ out, but shortly after placing the order I got a shipping notice and received the laptop within a week.
So I can't say this is the case every time, but I was very pleased with ANTOnline and their pricing & shipping.

Title speaks for itself. This company is a mess and their validation SUCKS. Don't bother buying from them, your order will get cancelled and no one will be able to help you. You'll get a review email 1 week later.
Bought an Xbox Series X bundle from them. Checkout was fast and easy. They send multiple email updates on my order and gives updates on when they have shipped your item, and when you have received your item. Xbox got here in 2 days, and the package was fully sealed and in good condition. I'm enjoying my Xbox Series X and if you're unsure about this company, don't be. I highly recommend them. Very easy, worry free, and fast.
They will not take back the broken monitor the sent me. Customer service hangs up on you. Not a legit company. If you order from them and have any issues you are screwed it's not worth it. So much more to this story but not wasting another minute of my time on it.
I order for Xmas and have been trying to get a response ever since. I either get hung up on or no one replies to emails or support tickets. UPS messed up the delivery and then sent my refund to antonline. Now ant won't refund my money they just ignore you.

I ordered a gaming laptop 2 days ago (april 3rd 2021) and the one they sent me did not match the specifications (I ordered the one with 8 cores and they sent me a 6 core which is a big difference) I made a ticket and instead of apologizing or saying anything their support team sent me a returns policy link and said i will be charged for packaging (around $200) Horrible experience buying here. STAY Away!
Tried to reach them for 4 months to try to obtain the serial number from my purchase. Still no response after dozens of emails and phone calls with a receptionist saying I would be contacted in 1 to 2 business days. I don't recommend anyone spend money with them because if you have and issue you can't talk to anyone.

I was searching for a PlayStation 5 and I heard they ship rather quickly and from start to finish this company is amazing they took PayPal and from add to cart I received my brand new PlayStation 5 with games and accessories two days later and I got my confirmation and shipping that same day and in my shipping email it said I would receive my new system 3-7 days but I got it in two days and no dings or damage at all this is an amazing company and I say go with them for anything pc needs or gaming they know what they are doing i will buy from them again any day
As a first time customer I thought the experience would be well met. However, upon buying a PS5 I noticed there was an issue with the shipping address. I called their line and was hung up on once I got through. Called a second time and after 15 minutes of being on hold I got through. They informed me that I couldn't change the shipping address for security purposes. They then directed me to submit a claim ticket to see if there were any other options I could take to get it resolved. I asked that she stay on the line while I wrote everything down and in case I had other questions; they hung up immediately. I submitted a support ticket as suggested and within 2 minutes my order was canceled. I did not request it to be canceled on me and refunded a few seconds later, all I was looking for was additional information. There was no discussion between myself and the support service. I've heard nothing back from them and I'm not expecting to hear anything back given my experience as previously described.
My order total was just over $900. They will be lucky to get business from me again and I will not recommend using them to anyone if asked.
His package was the only way I could get the PS5 i wanted really. NO ONE wants a HD Camera, it was thrown in to up the price and make more money. You can buy this camera anywhere, it should have been removed so people didn't have to pay for something they didn't need.
Bundles should be limited to what people really need. If you broke up the individual items, it wasn't really a bundle cause it was the same price as purchasing it all separate. Kinda crappy but atleast i got my PS5.
My shipment arrived without the PSP 12 month card, which was originally sold as an email delivery. Antonline was no help; refusing to respond to my complaint and refusing to replace or refund the cost of the card. Buyer beware.

I mean, we all knew the PlayStation Five was going to be awesome, otherwise people wouldn't be fighting so hard to get one. The product it's exactly what was promised, and this deal can't be beat. I got the console, spare controller, PlayStation Camera, Miles Morales Game Disk, Demon's Souls Game Disk and a year of Playstation Plus for under $850. At current prices, they might have given one of the games for free!
And the shipping! I got this package over a week before the promised date!

I was trying to get a ps5 system for a friend that can't be online during the day for these drops. After confirmation, I emailed them to ask if I could change the shipping address to his. They said that was fraudulent activity and canceled my order... just for asking... frustrating...

That was my first time buying through ANTonline and my experience has been great. Bought a PS5 for my husband, super hard to find. Purchasing was easy, communication throughout the entire process was on point and the delivery was faster than expected.
As other people have mentioned, they could use better packaging, maybe some bubble wrap so smaller items are not loose in the box. But nothing came broken or damaged. I would buy again! Btw... the price of the bundle super fair!
